“My order contained 2 large black ink cartridges in error, but Andrew Green of customer services quickly found out why the mistake came about and quickly sent out a replacement. Great customer service. Ink is great.”

“After an issue with the first product I ordered being faulty I phoned up and the lady I spoke to was brilliant, sent me a replacement which arrived next day with zero hassle and much appreciation! Definitely would order from here again in the future if necessary, felt like a customer rather than a nuisance which is a rarity these days sadly.”

“I would recommend ordering from Inks Direct. Their page is straight forward / easy to use. Delivery was prompt and trouble-free. The cartridge I bought cost a fraction of the brand name I usually buy and so far (10 days) works every bit as well.”
