“First time I used a non-manufacturer supplier. Very pleased I did as after a bit of fiddling around to get my HP Photosmart printer to accept the cartridges - ALL IS GOOD !! Printing results are as good as with official HP cartridges. very pleased.”

“Fast delivery. My printer failed to recognise the black cartridge. After contacting customer services and trying a few things they suggested (none of which worked for me) they sent out a replacement cartridge which so far is working fine.”
