“Posted phone Monday am, changed to special delivery for piece of mind, text confirming receipt Tuesday, another saying being processed an hour later, money paid into bank account by 4pm. Cannot fault the service at all, highly recommended. Many thanks guys, top service.”

“Very good service. Had a query was dealt with pretty much straightaway. Fast and efficient turnarounds. Was skeptical at first but proved me wrong. Once the device was recieved payment was sent on the same day. Will use again in the future and definitely recommend. Cheers guys.”

“These guys they keep their word. Web , Gecko Mobile Recycling and as they were among the top, I chose them. every thing they promised they did. They also kept me updated on what stage we were in, and when finally the phone arrived them, they told me and said many will be you either in 2 hours on next day if I had faster payment , which I did. and bum, money was there and transaction was complete with all features they say they do and keep all wrapped up into one good customer service. Keep it up guys.”

“It was very easy to do! I was happy with the original offer and then sent off my phone. They then emailed me (which went into my junk folder so best to check there if u haven’t heard anything from them) they had revised the offer coz there was a dent in the back of the phone. The revised offer was still fair so I accepted it and the money was in my account very quickly”

“Surprisingly good. I was wary of sending stuff off and giving bank details, but they kept me informed at each stage and paid almost immediately (same day). Be advised the post office like phones with batteries sent in boxes though.”

“Quick and simple to use. No issues with the service experienced whatsoever. I would just highlight the importance of getting your device to them before the end date to avoid the price quoted going down. The pre-paid postage sticker provided is not first class delivery so you need to post your device asap.”
