“I found the service to be excellent, the phone was as described, so far it has been perfect, although I’m hindsight I wish I’d taken up the offer of a new battery pre purchase, as it was a good deal and I hadn’t realised that the battery efficiency would be be affected (my bad for not checking) I’d have no problem recommending them to others, will use again.”

“Very quick delivery, the only supplier of refurbed phones that also offered a reasonable battery replacement cost. Very happy with my phone. The condition was as described and was by far the cheapest option I could find”

“The phone was delivered promptly; it was well packaged and in very good condition. Unfortunately the upgraded battery doesn't hold charge for long, but I understand this is a feature of the iphone7.”

“I am giving 4 stars only because of the stress that was caused by actually loosing my phone for a week. I do appreciate it was not Gecko fault as they use Royal Mail but I’ve sold old phones before and it was alway quick and easy. Once my phone was located(I didn’t expect and was already told it could be up to five weeks) it was very quick and I did receive the updates on a regular base. Make sure you have all the photos of the packaging and tracking. As said not really Gecko fail but it did leave bad taste for a week of not knowing, if the phone will be found and how long will it take for all the payment and prices. Overall I would say they team was great and Earl with it as best they could.”
