“Reduced my offer for damage to the phone even though the only box I could was that the phone was damaged, which I ticked.”

Thanks for your feedback. Any crack greater than 3mm across would be classed as Faulty and get the fixed website faulty price.

“Less offered for the phone when scratches were not present when sent. But no proof and lower offer acceptable but not ideal. Will learn for next time to fully check the phone before hand and take pictures as proof.”

I am sorry to hear that. We did provide photos (including that of internal defects on the LCD itself), and offer to return the handset free of charge. As you agreed with our adjusted offer you were paid. Please contact us if you require further support.

“The only problem I had with you was contacting you to correct my bank details. It took a long time to find a telephone no to speak to someone. You should make a no much clearer, then any mistakes can be rectified easier.othet than than every thing was ok”

“One of the reasons I chose Gecko mobile was because of their promise of next day fund transfer. I sent my phone recorded delivery and saw that they had received it on the Thursday morning but I hadn't received an email from them or my funds by Friday evening. Then they were closed for the weekend so I couldn't contact anyone. They responded to me on the Monday and I got my funds later that day. Don't make promises you can't keep!”
