I have never received a confirmation email from the company, but notice that the money has been taken from my bank account. I will not be letting this matter go, and due to my line of work have the resources and know how to make the Directors of the company accountable for their actions.”

This company is a complete joke! At first I thought it was alright as I bought Airpod Pros that were faulty, I contacted them and within 2hrs I received an email with a returns notice. I initially wanted another pair but changed my mind so I enclosed a note with the faulty goods to say I would like a refund. A few days later I received another set of Airpods, I contacted them through their website 14 times with no reply, I used the chat on the website a further 8 times but no one has ever responded. After reading the reviews I thought I won’t get a reply so I will try and get some of my money back by selling them on to a tech selling site. I have just received an email from the company I used which states “ Unfortunately your Apple AirPods Pro is not authentic”. That’s me £100 out of pocket and will now be going through my bank to get my money back. This company is an absolute disgrace!! Whoever owns it is an absolute cowboy!”
