Bought 3rd generation apple airpods for an Xmas present. Experienced an issue with one of the airpods and called Apple direct as should have a years warranty. Airpods are fake and the serial numbers cloned. As expected, no reply from the company but Apple are very interested in hearing from others affected.”
“I bought a pair of refurbished ‘Apple AirPod Pros’ for my Dad’s Christmas present and there were a few issues with it in regards to the connection and noise cancellation not working as well as it does with mine, which I bought new. Wrote to them via their website, emailed and phoned with zero response. My Dad took them in to an Apple Store today and they verified they are fakes, albeit good ones (info shows up on Bluetooth settings with serial number, box looks legit, etc). Will be getting written confirmation of this and talking to my bank and potentially the ombudsman in order to get some money back for these, as well as spreading as far and wide as possible that this company should NOT BE TRUSTED in any way shape or form.”

“Don’t believe any of the good reviews on trust pilot - they are clearly fake (as well as Geek Swag). I stupidly bought some apple airpods as a Christmas present as the site came up as a top result on google. I wish I had checked this site first though. As soon as I got them I realised something looked off. The box was bashed in and looked a little weird. Anyway I decided to return them as suspected they were fake, especially after checking the reviews. The owner (Adam) was super helpful in providing return information and has since gone mute. I returned the airpods around 3 weeks ago tho and still don’t have my money returned and no one is responding to my emails.

I ordered some pokemon plushies from geekswag on the 12th of December, they claimed same day dispatch so I expected my order to be dispatched the next day (the monday) but it wasn't and still hasn't been. The money was however taken out of my account on Monday the 13th.
Emailed to ask where my order was and was told it would be delivered this Tuesday (yesterday, 21st December). Again, not delivered.
I've emailed asking for a full refund and haven't heard anything back.
All I want is my money back for an order that I never had !!!!”
“Daughter ordered “real” AirPods. Spent £150. That’s a lot of money for a child. We checked out their reputation. Should have come here first. Scammers. Reporting to ombudsman and police and will try to get money back. I ended up having to pay twice for same product only this time went to applestore - AVOID AS ARE SCAMMERS. Have not responded to emails or anything despite the returned goods via Royal Mail and thankfully put insurance on delivery. Signature looks fake too.”

Ordered AirPods due to their Google listing (reported to Google) they pretended it was dispatched by creating a Royal Mail request which has ever since been on expecting your parcel for days now . Even though I paid for special delivery. I found the owner Adam Owen and reported this scammer to Apple (counterfeit goods) and to the bank and police .”

Sent an email with no response, other contact options don't seem to exist and the form on their page doesn't work. “Firstly I’m usually really careful and look at reviews before I buy .I bought some AirPods from John Lewis for my daughter and I needed a second pair for my granddaughter for Christmas . I saw these and as it was advertised on google I thought amazing a bargain , it said it was in stock and said Hermes delivery within two to three days . Anyway it’s very difficult to contact anyone and it says five days to answer an e mail . Well I can say I was so happy when they arrived this morning , I was so stressed as I don’t have the money to buy them again . So just opened and I will show exact pic of box and packaging compared with the ones I bought a week earlier , bearing in mind they are the exact same product, why oh why didn’t I just pay out another 40 quid to guarantee no fakes , please don’t do the same as me , I’m going to request a refund but I’m not sure how long that will take , I really stupidly thought these were genuine when I ordered , please all be careful if something looks too good to be no true it usually is , buy from a reputable company Really really disappointed cheap packaging too , smaller box”

AirPods Pro are poor quality and faulty. When I asked them for return details they ignore you and don’t respond. I believe they are fake. I will be getting them checked from an apple store and if my suspicions are true I will be reporting these cowboys to watchdog. I think everyone else should do the same.

“This company seems like a con I spent 40 euro and that included 11.99 airmail with tracking on 30th of October and should have got within 4 /6 days I received 1 email and anytime I try to track still states processing I've tried to contact them and no reply so far I'm livid as I'm usually so careful but I should have checked first ...feel I need to report to fraud but dont know how to do that in Ireland”
“This company is a total and utter joke. AirPods arrived and at first seemed they were in working order but quality of sounds and microphone are poor and siri doesn't work at all. When I tried to return them no response on email and the phone number is not connected. I honestly thought I was doing the environment a favour and getting a decent product when I went for refurbished /as new Airpods. Like other comments I just wish I'd taken a second to check these jokers out. AVOID!!”
