“I am a volunteer with the Commemorative Air Force. Recently our generator wouldn't start which i found was caused by low compression due to a broken head bolt. I ordered all parts thru generaror guru. I received all the correct parts at a good price and requested torque specs to complete the job also.”

“I was sent the right part as ordered and needed to know valve clearance and torque setting for cylinder head bolts I got an email with the clearances but not the torque setting but very pleased with the service thanks”

“I have purchased at few parts for my champion generator since no one will work on it for its from China. . Well I bought the parts on genrator guru and my husband fixed it. They even missed one of my parts I ordered. I emailed them and they shipped it almost over night. Thank you guys. You fixed my generator to heat our house incase of a storm minus the labor for husband did it. :)”

“For over 6 months I have been trying to get an Idle Control Switch for my DuroMax XP10,000EH generator, first from DuroMax and then thru Northern Tool. Finally I tried Generator Guru at first they said they didn't have one but they went above and beyond by asking for pictures of the part and they would try to match it up with something they did have. Again no luck, but a few weeks later they actually called me and said they had located some and was I still interested. Finally a company with GREAT follow up!!”

“thank you so much, Jane Gordon for your prompt reply, & good advice I'm going to do it like you said, clean it, then rebuild carb,asap. last winter was super cold here in Oklahoma. must have a reliable generator, just in case. Don't you think then that using 100% gas is better? I'll send again when I "get her going" thanks again. terry”

“My questions were answered VERY quickly (even at 0630 am!), and gave me the help and advice I needed. In the event I didn't go through with a repair, and upgraded to a new (better suited) generator instead, but this in no way detracts from the service I received. I was particularly impressed with the spares available for what was originally a very cheap unit.”

“The service was fantastic. Free help isn't easy to get and it was great accurate help at that. Very easy to understand video, then great assistance from a tech to help me through it. I definitely will be contacting them again if I have more problems.”
