“Thanks for the advice on my Honda ES 2500 cx generator. Really helpful. I fitted a new petrol filter, new carburetor kit and spark plug. Engine is running a lot better, no longer surging and able to run with the choke fully open.
Just has a slight carburetor misfire and running to rich.
Think the dealership might have supplied incorrect carb kit.
