“Thanks for the advice on my Honda ES 2500 cx generator. Really helpful. I fitted a new petrol filter, new carburetor kit and spark plug. Engine is running a lot better, no longer surging and able to run with the choke fully open. Just has a slight carburetor misfire and running to rich. Think the dealership might have supplied incorrect carb kit. Thanks again. Gerald Davis.”

“I have a Pro user G850 that has not been used for over 10 years. With a broken pull start replaced and some technical advise from the Generator Guru, it started up on the second pull ! Well pleased with the service they provided and would definitely recommend giving them a call.”

“i am not going to go on about this that and the other the advice i would give is try them out i think you will be suprised they care for there customers and go that extra mile to solve any problems that mioght pop up for service id give them 10 out of 10for service dont take my word for it try them out youl be suprisedbye”

“Excellent customer service. I was not able to locate the model number on my generator. I did however have the serial number, which Zak took the time to locate the model number from serial number and verified the part I was ordering was correct. Received the part ahead of estimated delivery and worked fine. Thanks again for your excellent customer service.”
