“Was very disappointed that my dress was not the right size even though I had help choosing, that it came with some snags and was told it wa sold out so I could not exchange. Now I’ll have to spend money to size it for me. Expected more from customer service other than an offer for a discount on a future purchase that I likely won’t be making. Oh well. Live and learn”

“Love this cardigan! I bought to wear with sleevless tops and dresses....very versatile piece. I'm a medium in some tops and sweaters. Ordered a medium in this cardigan and it was too big so exchanged for a small, it's perfect fit. I've bought many items from Gentle Fawn and the clothes are beautiful and customer service is excellent!”
