“Before purchasing I reached out to the GF team to get more information on the dress. I wish there would have been a better description from the start. The dress is not lined. I have tan skin and asked if the white dress would be thick enough, which I was told yes but once I received it, it was see through! Honestly all of this was a waste of time, and now I have sent it back for a return. This was for a Mother’s Day photoshoot too, so I was really out of luck! Also the sizing with GF is annoying. I’m usually a medium and this dress was oversized, while some other tops I need to go up a size. It makes it hard to shop even if I love the clothes.”

On sale size large-Emily dress- and it was took small, wanted to exchange it for xl (still in stock) but when I emailed your staff they had said since it was final sale I couldn’t even do an exchange??? Years after buying clothes online I have never been denied an exchange at least, so here I am 80 dollars later with a useless dress I can’t even wear, I will say your customer service is terrible and I will not be buying off you

“My package was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. It was delivered to the wrong address. That part was not their fault. However, even though I notified them right away, they have still not rectified the situation. I’ve confirmed my address, revisited my mailbox, sent a picture of my porch. Still no sweater! Poor customer service.”
“Gentle Fawn does not back their product. A 12 minute wash on a cold delicate cycle and laid flat to dry should not cause a fabric to shrink an inch revealing the liner, even if the garment is dry clean only. $108 shorts that are now trash. Customer service is non existent.”
