“I see gentlefawn a lot of Instagram and it looks great. This is my first time buying their shirt and short set. The quality of the linen blend is disappointing after the first wash. For this reason, I don’t think I would purchase from them again. This is unfortunate because I really wanted to like them. Their return policy is also not great. They charge $8 for returns and there is no option to return to their office even though I live close by.”

“Although the prices I purchased were nice, the sizing is either way too big or way too small. Not only that, they don’t have an exchange system so I had to return and reorder losing a promo code that I had used and customer service refused to give me another promo code so even though I was only exchanging sizes, I ended up having to pay more for the exact same item. For sizing and customer service issue, I will not be ordering from this company again.”

“I wish I could give this sweater five stars because I love gentle fawn, but after one where it pilled so bad.giving it two stars because the color and fit are really nice but overall just disappointed, especially with the price for it to have ruined so quickly.”

“I found this top to be crop. It didn't look like on the model unfortunately so I had to return. I wish the sizing would be more accurate as well. Lately I find the xs to small. Please give a little more room for your sizes agin if that makes sense. Please give options ... not everyone like crop tops.”

“I absolutely love gentle fawn, especially the tank tops. I am however very disappointed with this recent purchase, I’ve worn it twice and it has pilled really bad on one side. This is not something I’ve experienced with other tops I’ve purchased and given the price paid it’s disappointing.”
