“Great customer service and product. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that all I wanted to do was exchange the size of my item bought. However, I had to do a return and now I’m waiting for my store credit to be issued even though you already have the item back. The waiting to re -buy is probably going to make me miss wearing this item for the event I bought it for and I’ll have to purchase elsewhere in the future”

“My reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the sizing system. I don't believe all the models are wearing a size small. Also, the sizing tool recommends that I purchase M. I am almost always a XS at other retailers, XS or more commonly a S at Gentle Fawn.
All sale items are final sale. This definitly deters me from purchasing as much as I otherwise would.”
“I ordered two sweaters from Gentle Fawn's website (at a small discount)--one was too large and one was large, but acceptable. I returned the sweater that was too large--I would have preferred to exchange it for a smaller size, but that option was not available. I would have had to order the sweater again in the correct size, and probably paid postage on the new sweater (I was also charged postage on the return). The sweaters themselves are nicely made and looked good, but reordering is too much of a hassle for me.”
