“This will be the last time I use you, this time around you suggested a company that has illegal immigrants, who cannot get pass security and is noe charging me extra because they did not get the full list, and keeping that in mind, they do not care for the fact that I was over quoted by 40 boxes, and 3 bookshelves.”

Thank you for taking the time to post your review... but we would appreciate more information. Your request was sent to the 5 companies with review rating from 2.8 to 4.6 out of 5 . which we have verified as registered companies, but we have no control over their internal process of hiring labor, It is unfair to fault the platform but you should have posted a company-specific review with the name of the company so that other users know companies using illegal immigrants who might face some challenges like you did.

Quotation usually comes within 24-72hours. the Delay might have been because of the weekend as some companies do not open office weekend. If you still haven't received them let us know and we can follow up with the moving partners

“Disgusting service from service provider Excuss Logistics! They arrived over 6 hours late, damaged furniture, and could care less! Promise the owner has no intent to us claiming from his insurance and does not respond to communication! Absolute appalling language was used on the phone !”

Excuss Logistics was the lowest rated out of the companies with a rate of 2.8 out 5. Good day Thank you for posting your honest review... usually, month-end most moving companies are busy and would normally take more than 24hours to respond at times. If they still have not replied within 48hours please let us know.

“I WOULD PREFER TO HAVE BEEN SENT QUOTES TO REVIEW. INSTEAD PROVIDERS WHO HAD POOR RATINGS WERE PHONING ME. I ALSO DID NOT GET QUOTES FROM ABROAD ENOUGH RANGE OF FURNITURE MOVERS...ONLY RELATIVELY UNKNOWN MOVERS WERE AVAILABLE. AS A CONSUMER YOU WANT A RANGE OF QUOTES NOT JUST FROM A FEW UNKNOWN”

“The move was a colossal failure. My move was to take place on the 29th of November (full payment of more than R10 000 was made), I took a day's leave for the move. The movers did not arrive on the day of the move, and did not even call to advise that they were not going to make it. I had to follow up with them to even find out that they could only make it the next day. When they did eventually arrive, they were driving an old truck, that was not big enough for my stuff. They then told me the list they had did not match what I had, but they didn't check the list. They did not even complete the move, and demanded I pay an additional amount for my stuff to go to storage, otherwise their boss who "has a temper" would be cross. Even strangers who interacted with the movers at the storage facility remarked how rude and crude the movers were. When I told the storage people I was going to come check my stuff the following day, they told me "don't bring these guys here ever again". The whole experience was a total nightmare. I will NEVER use this company again.”

We recommend users to post reviews about such companies with names and warn other users of such companies.
