“The service offered is a great idea but only 1 of the two quotes arrived and all of the emails (except this one weirdly enough!) went straight into my spam filter. Even the one quote I received went into my spam filter so unless I specifically looked for it (which thankfully I did) I wouldn't have know anything had been sent to me. So I think the concept is great but your vendors and mail delivery mechanisms need work.”

“I got a pop up message to welcome me and I was exited, only to realise that it was automated because when I started to talk I got another automated response that all agents are busy. I loaded my details on the form to get a quote but no update after that as to what the turn around time is for such queries. I do not know how long I am to wait for a quote. It will be difficult to recomend the site to a friend as I am not sure about the effeciency. Thanks”

“The website did not allow entering the location that we moved from (Fishhoek) which is a large suburb. Instead we were charged extra for the additional kilometers. Whilst I have no issue with the additional charge, I do feel you should add most suburbs in the western cape area. We did add the actual address, but this was not picked up by the movers.”

“Two companies were supposed to give me a quote. One emailed me a quote within a couple of days for R3999, I waited for a week and still did nor receive the second quote so I called them. They then emailed me a quote for R33000!! The massive difference in the quotes is unfathonable so I have decided that neither is worth pursuing.”

Thank you for taking time to write a review. Below is our comments after consulting the concerned Movers. Cheaper quote was based on a shared load from Gauteng to Western Cape by a bigger mover who frequent that route. And the more expensive quote was based on a dedicated truck as they could not quote you on a shared load. We recommend you ask Movers when you get a quotation moving between province if your quotation will be a shared load or dedicated truck, because that affects your pricing drastically.

“I have received only two replies. expected more as it listed 4 different companies. not really much of a variety. Quotes are done as per inventory lists (not really something you have accurate when weighing up your options ,3 months before moving) and not per truck, it does not include or tell you prices for insurance nothing, you need to send emails on end to drag information out of people. I received one quote with an amount and nothing else. I have nothing else to compare it with. A bit dissapointing.”
