The website did not allow entering the location that we moved from (Fishhoek) which is a large suburb. Instead we were charged extra for the additional kilometers. Whilst I have no issue with the additional charge, I do feel you should add most suburbs in the western cape area. We did add the actual address, but this was not picked up by the movers.
