I got a pop up message to welcome me and I was exited, only to realise that it was automated because when I started to talk I got another automated response that all agents are busy. I loaded my details on the form to get a quote but no update after that as to what the turn around time is for such queries. I do not know how long I am to wait for a quote. It will be difficult to recomend the site to a friend as I am not sure about the effeciency. Thanks
