The thing that is of real importance to me is that a company like this to have ongoing service after enrollment just on the off chance that I need some help managing claims and such down the line.

Chapter Advisor "Josh" called after I had already signed up directly with an insurance company a few days prior. While we spoke, I mentioned a concern about the plan I selected. My situation was a bit different from some as I just retired and just started Medicare A&B at age 69 (was previously covered by my employer's high deductable health plan with an HSA). We discussed my issue regarding the "12 month trial period". Josh was very familiar with the associated rules and proposed a solution, which I accepted. The entire process was handled during a single call. Super Efficient & Outstanding Service!!!
