I like the site, I especially like the recipes and the weigh in sections. I have not used the chat room as it appears a bit confusing although I am unsure about using chat rooms in general. I do like having the ability to speak to support staff at any time which is really good and you always get quick responses.

I'm disabled and so is my husband. I don't have a lot of time to spend on the RC site, so I don't use it to the full. I find it so helpful when it comes to looking at meals and filling in the weight loss (or gain!). I also enjoy reading about other peoples weight loss stories. I still have a long way to go, but hope to stay on track, and continue to lose weight steadily.

When my nearest RC class closed I tried a number of other slimmimg clubs closer to home but none of the diets appealed to me - or were as easy to follow as the RC plan. I miss the fitness element of the old RC classes, but I have had a referral to my local gym and have personal training sessions twice a week, so that's taken care of. I follow RC on Twitter and often do the daily fitness challenge. There is an online forum where members can share advice and support each other or ask questions of the staff. The weigh-in is easy to record and there's a food diary to fill in too. They've thought of everything and the website is bright, informative and easy to use.

Initially I completed the daily diary but I have given this up after a few weeks. I now have a better idea what meals have more calories and fat than I realised in the past. If I am unsure, I refer to Rosemary's A-Z of fat and calories. Sometimes I am eating more than before because I eat the right things e.g. more fruit and veg. I am continuing to lose around a pound a week and I am happy with this. My start weight was 11 stone 5 pounds and not 11 stone 1 pound as it shows on the computer. Not sure what happened here. I am now 10 stone 9 pounds which is excellent considering I was on holiday for a week and a half since starting the diet. I am making a conscious effort to walk faster whenever possible to get my heart going. I have much more energy than I did at the beginning of the diet. I like Rosemary's blogs, recipes and exercises. I am trying to build more exercise into my weekly routine. I will recommend this diet to my friends and I am going to renew my subscription which is due shortly.

After a few teething problems, ive really taken to this nmew site, i think its very informative and gives good advice and the consultants are very quick to answer your personal questions. i would like a lot more recipes though. keep up the good work

It would be good if the site didn't only track the calorie you ate but broke it down into carbs, Protein, fats (good & bad) as this will help people achieve a better balanced diet

The website is great, especially the recipe and coffee shop sections. The only negative is the diary section. Compared to My Fitness Pal, it is very long winded to use and its features are too basic. As My Fitness Pal is free, I have been using that to record my food intake, whilst using the RC website for other resources.

An easy way to track dieting with a huge bank of recipes - could be improved by having the barcode scanner faculty to track all foods (like my fitness pal) and if a message was sent to remind you to complete it daily.

I really like the new website. Navigation is easy, and often many nice new things are discovered while browsing around it. There have been 2 new diets introduced over recent months, which have kinda revived my dieting journey, and made me much more interested in trying. I love Rosemary's blog, and the exercise slot too, so yes on line is great for me. Also I do live in Tenerife so it also keeps me in touch with current trends in food. Oh and I forgot, we really really love trying the recipes. My husband has a lot of fun judging my attempts, and trying to guess how many calories we have consumed.

There is everything you need on this website if you're serious about losing weight. I particularly like the motivational videos every day, both educational and helpful.

The Rosemary Conley recipes that I have tried and tested have been interesting and tasty and easily adaptable to my families requirements. Even guests at dinner parties don't realise that they are eating a low fat menu. I recently went on holiday and the Americans were wowed by the meringue Roulande :)

On the whole the web site is very good, however it could do with some development when it comes to entering exercise activity. I find that this part of the web site does give enough detail. it works fine if you exercise under the headings that are there but if you do a exercise class there is no way to enter this and I find that I have to use another way of entering it. In todays tec world this is rather lacking.

We have an update coming soon that will allow you to quick-add calories burnt to the diary (great if you use a fitness tracker or if you know how many calories you've burnt) and we are always looking to improve the list of exercises that you can choose from. The whole experience is great as I can eat what I like For me the down side is the website as I feel it quite slow at times and not very logically so If I am having a bad food day like today I tend not to bother with it However I have lost 12lbs and so far am pleased I would certainly recommend as I have been with both weightwatchers and slimming world and for me this is the best of the three
