The whole experience is great as I can eat what I like For me the down side is the website as I feel it quite slow at times and not very logically so If I am having a bad food day like today I tend not to bother with it However I have lost 12lbs and so far am pleased I would certainly recommend as I have been with both weightwatchers and slimming world and for me this is the best of the three
