“Zealthy is incredibly misleading and untrustworthy. They do not clearly disclose their pricing upfront and will charge your card without your full understanding or consent. I was billed before I even started any treatment, and when I requested a refund—because I hadn’t received any services—they flat-out refused. Their lack of transparency is unacceptable, and their customer service was dismissive when I brought up the issue. It feels like they’re more interested in taking your money than actually helping you. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss. Look elsewhere for healthcare services that are honest and upfront.”

The best part was getting my medication delivered straight to my door — super helpful since I’m usually busy. I also appreciate being able to message the care team whenever I have follow-up questions. One thing to note is that it's a subscription-based service, so be sure you’re clear on the pricing and how to cancel if you need to.
