Do not buy from this company!!! They refuse to cancel my membership and I keep getting charged!!

I canceled my membership MONTHS ago and still every month they charge me $135, NO MATTER how many times I call and "get this figured out" VERY FRUSTRATING

Awful! I kept getting error messages when I tried to sign in. Requested a change password-got nothing. Emailed support-got a lot of suggestions but problem wasn’t solved. Finally got a provider visit scheduled, it was changed without my ok. Then I kept getting notices of an appointment I never scheduled. Asked to cancel my membership and got no response. Was billed a month later. Complained and they said I had to cancel through my account. Told them AGAIN that I couldn’t access my account, went back and forth for hours. Was finally provided a link to supposedly access my account so I could cancel and got an error message! This company is AWFUL!

After deciding to sign up for the $39 first month, I immediately cancelled upon realization that they were charging so much a month with medication being extra. Received a confirmation email on 6/12/2025 that my "Weight Loss Subscription will not renew." and low and behold I was charged again on 7/12/2025. Immediately reached out via emailed phone. No return call although promised. I ended up disputing the charge with my cc company. Charge was taken off while the dispute was being handled. Along comes 8/12/2025 and they charge me again!!! I've already put in phone calls and emails again to the company along with my cc company. It appears that I'll have to dispute every month until this is rectified. That's a pain as well. I guess they think eventually I'll just pay the fees. Not going to happen.

Zealthy is horrible. I was charged the first fee of 670 which included medication and subscription fee. I was okay with that. I week later I was charged $454 for medication again without me requesting it. I called asked them to stop the shipment and refund the money. I was told that they would, and the refund would deposit in 7-10days. Needless to say, they did not and continued with the shipment. I was told that it was an error in the system, and it would be corrected. They charged me without authorization to do so. After filing a complaint with BBB I received a partial refund of the subscription cost and 20% of the medication charge. This company is a scam. In less than 2 weeks I was charged over $1100.00.

Hello, I am not satisfied with Zealthy at all! I originally signed up for the $39 one month trial and canceled once I realize the medication wasn’t affordable. Three weeks later I received a $135 charge to my account. I have emailed I have called I have yet to get a response or get my money back. I do not recommend this website as of now it seems as though it’s a scam.

Was unable to sign up on my phone using a credit card or apple pay. That really should have been my first sign to not continue with this company. Any references to $39/mo is just for a "membership" that give you the "privilege" of using their services. It doesn't include any medications which I was quoted at $500/mo. So I basically paid $39 for them to tell me how much it would be without getting a chance to decide ahead of time. Had I known it was $500/mo I would not have signed up at all but they got me for $39. According to customer service "they cannot refund membership fees".

Healthy is misleading. They charge me $670 for a three month subscription and only sent me one month of medication. I called multiple times to get the two months of medication that is owed to me, only to sit on hold for 45 minutes each time and get the run around. Go through another company! Do not use Zealthy!

I was billed before the meds shipped. Still waiting. It’s been a month. I’ve reached out to customer service and my “coach”. Crickets!!! Paying customer for five months. I’ve sent emails and text messages requesting a refund. No response.

This is a joke! I paid the $35 application fee. I started filling it out and then decided this isn’t for me. I never clicked except terms in fact I went back erased all my info. I message with someone at that time. They told me I wouldn’t get charged for anything but the non refundable app fee. Sine I didn’t except anything she said I was good. But then I kept getting charged $135 like every other week. I’ve called so many times they say they will refund & I won’t get charged anymore and yet I am. Now when I call they are always not available leave message. I’ve left several messages no call back and then when I speak to someone they say the helped hand up and get charged again. I’ve had them hang up on me ext. So now I’m going to contact the BBB on them and take actions to get my money back. This is a joke! I would not recommend them at all.

It took me almost a month to get my medication, though my payment went through right away. I went back and forth on the app and by phone and just kept receiving canned replies. I did finally receive the GLP-1 and I like that, but after seeing all of the bad reviews about refills I'm nervous about what will happen next. As a side note, they did just change pharmacy companies so hopefully that will help. I don't want to suffer any more "buyers remorse."

These people are a bunch of crooks. I started to order their product and when I found out it was a pushed product with auto billing I stopped and never finished the transaction. Including not answering all the medical questions. They never shipped the price but have continued to bill me monthly since March. Even with the charges being disputed and credited each time.

Zealthy is incredibly misleading and untrustworthy. They do not clearly disclose their pricing upfront and will charge your card without your full understanding or consent. I was billed before I even started any treatment, and when I requested a refund—because I hadn’t received any services—they flat-out refused. Their lack of transparency is unacceptable, and their customer service was dismissive when I brought up the issue. It feels like they’re more interested in taking your money than actually helping you. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss. Look elsewhere for healthcare services that are honest and upfront.

WARNIG!! DO NOT USE ZEALTHY! It has been over a month since signing up and I still have not received my medications. They keep giving me the run around about delays and cannot answer when my medications will be shipped.
