“I was interested in Zealthy because of the $39 per month special they were advertising. I started to sign up but the pricing was very misleading. I never completed the registration. They harassed me to send a photo of my ID and complete the registration. I answered the phone once and told them I was not interested. I never met with a doctor. They charged my card anyway. I was unable to get anyone to email or call me back. Then they charged my card again. This company is a scam.”

“I started with Zealthy and their advertisement is misleading. $135.00 per month to lose weight. Then they get you all sign up and they say that the meds are charged separately and cost more money per month. Then I told them I wanted to cancel and that did not happen. They charge me two more months. So I was charged 405.00 for absolutely nothing. BAD BUSINESS STAY AWAY”

“This is the worst company. I was charged $2569.00 for a three month supply of medication. That was 3 weeks ago. I have left multiple voicemails, multiple emails; still no one has responded or called me back. Then every other day they try to charge my account for the same price. I’m still waiting for a full refund or my medication.”

“This place is a complete rip off. Despite me sending them pictures of my current dosage and length of time taking prior to going to them, they sent me a beginner dose and charged me 2ce as much as my previous company. They are very misleading about how much YOUR dose actually cost. So $800+ down the drain. I’m so angry that they are misleading people this way”

“Do not use, I was charged 900 for 3 months of Tirzepatide and was only sent one month, even though I sent them pictures of what I received all they continued saying was that I did receive a vail, in the instructions on how to injet the Tirzepatide it states that it is recommended to discard the vial 28 days after puncture, makes no sense customer service is horrible.”

“I cancelled my membership on 1-2-25 and received email confirmations indicating such. They charged me on 2-1- and 3-1. I sent them the emails showing that I had cancelled, and they could not explain why I received the emails showing I had cancelled. They refused to refund me. They charge me for 2 months of service that I did not receive.”

“DO NOT ENTER PAYMENT METHOD UNLESS YOU ARE SURE!! I entered my information but looked at what insurance offered and decided not get order. They continued to try to charge my CC . I received call from bank and stopped transaction, message them and they said “it was taken care of” one week later they charged it again. Ended up canceling my cc and ordering a new one so it wouldn’t happen again”

“Zealthy tried to charge me $670 dollars for a treatment plan that advertised as $150/month! Fortunately my bank flagged it as fraud and it didn't go through. Now, nobody is getting back to me for asking for a refund of the other money I spent (did not receive any medication). Terrible, DO NOT USE”

“Lack of support. Providers have no knowledge of how the program works. They offer you money at a discounted price but up charge you and then they charge you a subscription for basically nothing. It comes with no perks.”

“They will charge you triple that they say. Say they are going to cancel the $670 order they put through without approval on pricing. Then they waited to contact their pharmacy or told them to ship it, who knows. They didn't cancel the order "in time" except I asked for a cancel 3 minutes after they sent it. This made it where they can say that their terms of service can't cancel because the product has been shipped. This business is beyond shady and unethical.”

“I did not complete the application and did not authorize any payments to be taken from my account. I repeatedly communicated to them on this and they did not respond to those messages but keep sending me texts and emails on their fraudulent products. FRAUDS!!!”
