Absolutely dishonest! Charged me for three months and only sent two. They admitted it and then tried voodoo math to explain shortage. Stay away from them. Pick anyone else

They scam, violate HIPAA practices, and their support refuses to help you because they simply want to keep spamming you to take your money. If you do research, they are looking at filing for a dissolution and have had a lot of problems via the FTC as well as BBB.

They are flat out liars. They claimed to have submitted 3 requests for prior authorization to my insurance. They stated they could not submit more. I checked, and nope they only submitted 1 and insisted I pay for their compound medications. That is their end game, that's their money maker. Stay away from this company!

Not transparent about cost and worst customer service ever. They will get you sign up on a membership and will not refund the medication or membership if you no longer want the medication or forgot to cancel. It’s a complete scam they advertise different prices

Horrible customer service. I provided bank statements to prove that I have been doubled bill in November and then billed in December after I canceled. They keep sending me invoices showing me the date of one November charge, but that’s where the invoice cuts off. These guys are fraudsters! Going through my bank to dispute all charges. Stay away from them.

ABSOLUTE SCAM ABSOLUTE SCAM I signed up and they immediately took $49 from my account After reading about these people a few minutes later (approximately 10) I canceled and requested my money back. After arguing via email for 2 weeks, One of them finally said they couldn't return my money because the case was reviewed by a doctor the day before. So after 2 weeks of back and forth, The came up with a b.s. excuse to keep my money.... AVOID AT ALL COST

I placed an order with Zealthy for a medication refill on 14-Oct-2024 and my credit card was charged $650. Order was shipped on 17-Oct-2024 and was supposed to be a 2-day delivery as medication needs to be refrigerated or kept cool. Shipment did not arrive until 21-Oct-2024 and was very warm. I contacted Zealthy immediately and I was informed that the medication was no longer usable. Zealthy requested several photos of the packaging and contents which were shared with them on the 21st. I was promised a replacement shipment of medication and have not received anything to date. The Zealthy team has been very difficult to reach, unresponsive to messages (chat history attached for reference) and have failed to fulfill their promises. On 01-Nov-2024 I received a message from a 'Care Coordinator' encouraging me to administer the unusable drug! This is an extremely hazardous suggestion from a so-called healthcare company and I had already disposed of the medication after it was deemed unusable. This company should be investigated for fraud! I finally received a refund after contacting the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau but it was clear that Zealthy had no intention of sending new medication. Avoid this company!!!

I cannot say enough bad things about Zealthy. I think that they are failing or slowly going out of business, because I cannot otherwise explain my experience. I signed up with Zealthy on 7/24 for semaglutide for $217 for the first month. They sent me a bottle and everything was fine. However, when it came time to get my second bottle I paid $446.00 for two months. However, the bottle that I received was again at the lowest dose. I wrote their team, who read it and forwarded it to the medical team, who just did not ever answer. I wrote again and received "I'm sorry" messages from 3 different customer service reps who forwarded me to the medical team again, who did nothing and now I have received a third bottle, again at the lowest possible dose. I wrote again, and was told my payment for two months was due again, so I stupidly paid, at which point shortly later I received, you guessed it! - a 4th bottle of the lowest possible does. I am pretty sure that the medical team never reads emails and just sends out these rubber stamp replies. Essentially, I have wasted almost $1100.00 on something I could have gotten from Hims or OrderlyMeds for half the cost.

This company is absolutely TERRIBLE! They took 550 dollars and will not respond to give me a refund for my last order that has not been processed. I am requesting a refund because they kept screwing up my other orders. Their blog responses on their webpage are frequently wrong which makes knowing what is actually going on impossible. I have often wondered if I was talking to a bot because the answers can be so generic, frequently don't address my questions, and are surprisingly wrong. This is a dangerous way to communicate when you deal with medicine!! I have given them plenty of time to respond and I guess they plan to keep my money. Run!!!!

Worst. Cancelled 3 weeks ago and every single day they are still trying to charge me $670. This is a scam. I have locked my credit card to prevent charges. This is fraudulent charges now and I know I can’t be the only idiot scammed.

You 100% do not want ANY parts of this company… I cancelled the membership 90 days ago. I just ordered a new card so that I wouldn’t have to live with my card being locked. Every Thursday night they keep attempting a $700 payment. The membership is canceled with confirmation, and they still keep trying to charge me. They got me for $50 but they won’t get another dollar. And also the meds were never ever shipped

I paid membership fee to sign up for Zealthy. They said I was approved but refused to send my RX. They said they were calling my insurance for prior auth, but my insurance said they never called them. Then they just stopped answering my messages. They only want you to buy meds from them. They don’t actually want to give you the RX and let you get it through insurance. This was just my experience. I cancelled my membership. They did refund any anything even though they did ZERO for me.

Scammers I enrolled and immediately changed my mind never received anything from them no meds no nothing. Email them telling I changed my mind and response. 3 weeks later $149 charge on my card for something I didn’t even start didn’t even finished the patient registration been on hold for 30 mins with just music and no answer. Do not enter your card information they robbed me of almost $200 with two different transactions

Big scam, they rope you in with the low cost of meds, which is determined by your insurance. If your getting them for weight loss insurance won't pay if it is diabetes insurance will and you wouldn't need zealthy in the first place. The $49 is for the first month subscription fee, which they don't tell till check out and it says oh by the way next month the subscription fee is $131 plus meds$ 290+, so $421 month. I never got an answer to will my insurance pay, and stopped the service on the web and called to cancel the service before the of the month, I was told the account was closed and I still was billed for the next month. I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do.... never received the call from the service manager I was promised. Also the site offers no way to remove your card from the site!!!!!

THIS IS SCAM!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD EVEN AFTER YOU REQUESTED TO CANCEL. THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE REFUNDABLE $49 WAS NOT ABLE TO BE REFUNDED BECAUSE THE “DR” REVIEWED MY ACCOUNT ALREADY

These are terrible bait and switch artists. Unauthorized charges for several hundred dollars to my credit card without supplying the medication then a complete run around every time I contacted them (several times) in an attempt to resolve the matter. Stay away

I ordered my medication, and they never shipped it. They told me a month later, they were trying to locate a different pharmacy. They never followed up. I then canceled my order and they said they would refund the subscription fee for my trouble and having to wait for a month for things, of $49 over the phone. They THEN emailed me and said, never mind, they wouldn't refund the $49. I never got the service at all and they're just trying to steal my money after saying they'd return it. Horrible customer service. DONT BUY FROM THEM go somewhere else.
