Every time I ask for my refill they don’t even respond until a week later, then ask me to repeat my information so my RX is over a week late. They are TERRIBLE customer service!

Horrible experience- started an application online because they advertised a low price on Tirzepatide. Then, when I get to the end of the application, I realize there are additional charges for monthly counseling etc. I did not finish the application nor approve charges. I received a text and e-mail that I need to finish the application because I already paid for counseling...WHAT? I never authorized payment of anything. I text immediately to cancel and called and left a voice mail message also. This morning the customer service representative said they will not refund the 49.00- I received nothing for 49.00. I am declining to pay on my credit card.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Zealthy. I paid for a three-month supply of medication and membership, only to have the shipping delayed, forcing me to pay for a fourth month while I was barely into my second month of treatment. There was a two-week delay in my medication shipment, which put my treatment on hold, disrupting my progress and causing unnecessary stress. During my third month, I was advised to increase my dosage from 50 units to 125 units. However, in the last week of my second month, I only had 20-22 units left in my vial. When I brought this up, the provider accused me of wasting the medication by incorrectly drawing it, implying that I was at fault for being short on my last dose. Despite my concerns, I was not advised against taking the 125 units the following week, leading to severe complications. As a result of this reckless advice, I suffered from severe stomach cramps, nausea, constipation, and fatigue. I ended up in the ER with excruciating pain, where I had to pay $500 out of pocket just for the providers to question who authorized such a high dose. It was clear that I had overdosed on the medication, leading to severe gut issues. The pain persisted, and I had to return to the ER due to the ongoing symptoms. To make matters worse, I have not heard from a provider since I was advised to go to the ER. I am currently fighting for a full refund and will be disputing the charges with my bank if this issue is not resolved. The service has been nothing short of awful, with random NPs replying to my inquiries and customer service representatives who seem completely clueless about the situation. This has been an incredibly frustrating and painful experience, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Zealthy with their health and well-being.

Company represents a nice idea, but it Has the worst customer service for any online company I’ve ever used!!! If your order goes even slightly astray, nobody knows what’s going on. Day after day, I mean for like 10 days, I get the same ridiculous AI driven responses to my questions; like where’s my medication? when will my medication ship?

Quick to charge your credit card but have poor communication afterwards. I kept getting emails requesting that I complete a task for which I had done several times. I explained that I had completed the task already. One would think they would call you if you're a new customer. Once they get your money, your just another number. I cancelled the same day due to lack of customer service and unable to complete intake. However, they refuse to credit my card back. I am now having to dispute it with my credit card company. Beware of this company, there are other reputable companies. They have a different reason each time I call. I called customer service and I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied. Beware, Beware, Beware!!!

This company is a rip off. Do not do business with them. The customer service is horrible and they are twice as expensive as Remedy Meds. I paid for three months supply of Semaglutide. After the second shipment arrived I tried for three weeks to get the third shipment approved. I made three phone calls, four email requests and was told they will expedite my third shipment. It wasn't until the last day of the month when my membership was to be renewed that the doctor finally approved the last medication order and it was sent to the pharmacy to be refilled. I asked the customer service rep that if I didn't renew my membership would I still receive my meds. They assured me that I would. Well the day after I cancelled my membership I get a call from the company saying that I would not be getting it. They put me off for three weeks before OKing the last shipment to make sure that I would renew my membership. Very suspicious that it was put through on the last day of my membership. When I canceled they decided that since I was no longer going to be a customer they weren't going to send me the meds I paid for. Look on Reddit reviews and you will see dozens of complaints about this company.

I paid for the whole month of June but hadn’t picked a medication yet. I decided to go a different route and went through my insurance and a different much cheaper provider. I cancelled my June membership on June 23,2024. Zealthy bill my card and took 779.00 dollars out of my bank, almost literally whipping my bank account clean on July 10th weeks after canceling with them. called them within the hour of them taking all my money which was on a Friday. Spoke to customer service they put in a request to the pharmacy to cancel the medication( which again I don’t not pick I have no clue what medication they charged me for). I have called everyday since then for an update and refund. I get a tracking number from fedex Monday saying a product has shipped from Florida and is being expressed shipped to my address. I was told it was going to be canceled and that I would get a refund. So of course I called them, now saying oh it shipped we can’t cancel!! I called them the day they took my money, literally within the hour of them taking it!! A rip off company that takes money from people that are no longer even members of their business. I have children to feed and they snatch 779.00 from me and are refusing to give it back. Not to mention shipping a unknown medication to my house, they expect me to put a medication in my body that I didn’t chose or do research on? Umm no! Give me my money back so I can feed my kids!!! I’m currently waiting on a call from a “supervisor” a supervisor I asked to speak to from the very beginning! I’ll update my review if I get a call and my money returned!

Irresponsible and Disorganized Pathetic customer service. Everything went fine the first month, and I was prescribed bupropion and naloxone. Once I started running low on medication, I reached out to customer service to confirm my next supply of medication would ship on time. They told me that I would be automatically billed, and it would ship once payment was processed. They promptly charged me, but I never received a shipping notification. After this, I contacted customer service again and was told that I was supposed to ask for the medication they shipped, and it was not automatic. So I stated that I wanted the medication. Still hearing nothing, I contacted them once again, and I got tracking information that my order had shipped. The problem was, it was the order that I received the month prior. I asked to have the matter escalated, but customer service basically ignored me and provided answers to questions I had not even asked. Finally, I was given an 800 number, and they assured me that it would ship within one to two business days. This did not happen, either. The unfortunate thing is, it is not advisable to quit bupropion cold turkey. It is irresponsible of this company to not provide refills in a timely manner when they are prescribing and selling drugs that can cause withdrawal symptoms when stopped abruptly.

Very misleading. The membership fee does not include any medication. I was charged $49 membership fee just to get the prescription then when I asked to confirm the medication was included in first month membership I was told yes. Only to later be billed $189 for first month medication and be told oops and not have any refund available

They won't show up for the appointment but they will still take and charge your credit card. BEWARE THE PHYSICIAN DOESN'T EVEN SHOW UP FOR YOUR VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT and they still charge you. After leaving you with financial responsibilities to cleanup they had rescheduled my appointment nine times which took all day. I still haven't seen the provider and spent all day trying to get a legit virtual appointment.

Completely disorganized and could even potentially be a health risk so please be aware. My first month of medication was fine and sent properly on time. However, at my check in they said they would up my medication for month 2. But in the instructions they proceeded to tell me to do the same dosage as the previous month. When I tried to ask them for clarification, they first told me the wrong information and then admitted to "I'm sorry for the confusion" while having given wrong instructions. Not only this, but they charged me for the new higher dose but proceeded to send the exact dose as month 1. How is this acceptable for medications? This seems like such a huge liability and health risk. Absolutely awful.

Zealthy would not refund my $49 membership fee when I decided not to purchase their overpriced drugs. I had to pay the $49 just to see what options they had. Don’t be suckered like me.

Customer service is horrible. They charged me $1500 for 6 vials of medication and only shipped 3. I have been going back and forth for a month now with no resolution.

PSA - PLEASE do NOT use the company Zealthy. I originally started using them and canceled because they wanted $400 for med and a membership which I refused to do. I canceled my plan the day after I received my medication in march and was not charged for April and was under the impression that my account was nonexistent. Well, they just charged me $189 for May when I never authorized them to do so. In fact I have multiple messages confirming I would not be charged ever again. Now, they are not willing to give my money back and have been saying they are “looking into it”. I have disputed this with my bank but I don’t want this happening to anyone else. Please again, do not use them! ZEALTHY. On a good note - Amble has been AMAZING. Very very fast shipping and docs get back immediately on anything. I am so thankful and am down 26 pounds so far. If anyone is looking for a great and trustworthy place to get your GLP-1 meds go through AMBLE. So sorry for the rant but that’s A LOT of money nowadays and I am upset 🥲.

This is a scam company beware. They with take you credit card before giving you service. If you get denied for the meds they with keep the money. I’m out $49.

I felt scammed after divulging vital personal and credit card information.Ultimately denied an Rx as "I am enrolled in Medicare." Wt. loss physician consulted and was told Medicare could care less. Seems to me bc I declined expensive monthly monitoring beyond my initial 1 mo.perscription.Fell for their promo. My bad!

Hi SJL, So sad to hear you are upset about your experience. We appreciate the feedback and will explore how we can improve our communications in the future. Unfortunately, we're not able to accept patients with some insurance programs because of their specialized requirements. Because of this limitation, we specifically ask all new members about this during the intake flow - before any payment information is collected and do not allow members to continue if they are ineligible. It looks like you were refunded for any payment you made. Hope that helped to ease the frustration a bit.

I just signed up for Zealthy. I paid the fee to start. I got part way through the process…before validating my identity… and changed my mind. I notified Zealthy that I want to cancel and they say the “membership” is non-refundable. For something I didn’t complete registering for? I wrote to them three times before I got a response and this is the response se I got. I will put in a claim with my payment method, open a case, get my money back, and ensure I’m not charged for anything else. I should have read the reviews before I started the process. -1 STAR.

In the same thread my provider forgot which medication I was prescribed and continually pushed me to order off-brand compounded medication directly from them out of pocket even though my insurance covers Mounjaro 100%. They are extremely hellbent on getting you to purchase through them instead of a local pharmacy, even if it means ordering the wrong medication (Ozempic instead of Mounjaro).
