Still waiting for someone to get back to me to correct the payment issue. I have called and left 2 voicemails and sent an email. Their customer service is atrocious. I cant believe I havent heard back!

Lengthy delivery everything is bad until you complain and even after complaining stuff may become mildly OK this is a fair business. They will tell you that they will speak to your insurance and your insurance will decline. They don’t have real medicine or real professionals. Save your money and go to your doctor.

From the start I had issues, it is one thing after another anything to delay the medication, there is always something they need to fill the RX or additional information, card info. Etc. they when they already have it. This company is not a company you want to deal with if you are an individual that expects professionalism and some what caring. As for the medication, I hope to expect results in week 5, so far not impressed. Waiting on next delivery, one rep gives a certain amount of days for processing and another expands a little more.

I just started Zealthy and at first I was very impressed. Then I was charged way more than the prices that were shown on the website. I was charged the $49 membership fee, $364 for what I thought would be a 2.5 shot each week but the vial I recieved was 2.5 total and there was only one. So far I am disappointed but we will see how it ends up.

Initially, Zealthy was convenient, easy-to-use, with staff / care team propmptly responding. After my 2nd refill, the quality of care and communication just went downhill. It seems like their UI / workflow cannot track properly the patient needs when it comes to dosage changes. The simple task of submitting a refill request is so utterly confusing, with contradicting prices... And then I'm noticing lately, they do not respond until after 2-3 days, and then I get passed around different people who are not even part of the original "care team." Out of nowhere, there's this random doctor who joined the group chat and confirmed with me a refill with the WRONG DOSAGE, and wrong price. But the company decided to charge me TWICE, once for the supposed correct refill that's taking forever to process, and the second for the wrong dosage that Dr. Random gave me. GET IT TOGETHER. IT'S A MESS
