“Zealthy made it very easy to get my 1st dosage of medication, but it has been nothing but painstakingly difficult since then. It took a month and a half from the date I paid for my refill to receive it, and then it was not the dosage that I paid for. I have been going back and forth with my “care team” for weeks over this, but their responses take days and are minimally helpful at best. I even got a response to a bad review that I left with a direct support email address to contact, that I emailed with no response (shocker). I would never recommend this company to anyone and put them through this ordeal.”

“I really like how easy Zealthy makes it for you to get the medication you need initially, but I’ve had a lot of issues with refills. My medication was prescribed 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it in the mail. It doesn’t look like a tracking number has even been assigned to it yet. I was charged for the medication over a week ago and originally requested the refill over 16 days ago. It takes up to 2 days for the care team to even respond to concerns, and the responses are mediocre and minimally helpful at best. I’m not sure if I would recommend Zealthy or not at this point, honestly.”

“I signed up for 3 months. Paid for 3 months and guessing 3 months of medication as well as three months of services. Was sent 1st months supply. Can't seem to get remainder even after several emails on their website. At this point, not sure if this is a reputable business or not?”

“The medication works great, but Zealthy communication is really slow. Also, the membership fees are exorbitant for the service you get.”
