Zealthy was unable to timely supply medication and I notified them not to ship any medication 4 times because I would not be home. I kept receiving what appeared to be auto generated replies which were useless. I called customer service and even their pharmacy to get this order stopped but it was shipped regardless. I have disputed the charge with my CC issuer and will be finding another provider. I wish I could upload my chat history for everyone's amusement.

If I could give a zero I would. The membership is $135.00 then you pay $300.00 plus for the medications. If you want to disenroll forget about getting your member ship mo ey back. I thought I was paying for the medication come to find out it was for the membership. Not even 5 minutes later I asked for my money back seeing it wasn't for medication. They denied me my money. TOTAL RIP OFF.

Stay away from Zealthy. They are a scam company that charges your account without authorization. Their messaging is horrible, and when I ask for details about what services they provided in accordance with the charge they made to my card, they point me to the portal with almost no detail. They cannot and will not provide the requested details. Zealthy refuses to refund the charges, claiming they were authorized when, in fact, they were not. My only option at this point is to report them to the state of Florida, the BBB, and my attorney.

Absolutely do not waste your time... I saw great facebook posts and decided to try for my semaglutide journey. I was paying $128 per week and this was going to save me around $100 a month. Wish I did not do it. They charged me the membership fee, then the entire month of prescription. They called me 5 days later to advise it will be another 9-15 business days before I receive the prescription. Why charge $300+ and you havent shipped the product. I asked for a refund. They said sure, we will refund the prescription but not the membership fee. Atrocious customer service.

i M COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT. I was charged 3 times the amount i was supposed to be, in 3 seperate charges. When i first signed up, i got replies to messages instantly, and now that i have an issue, ive got no answers. i dont have insurance to cover the costs, i am paying out of pocket, i cant get any answers or responses now. i feel like i was taken. and i just wanted to lose weight and be healthy. I am a single mother and they just took half of my paycheck, and now i cant get anyone on the phone.

THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!! I just signed up with them, I looked at the pricing and decided to back out, they did nothing no prescriptions or anything and they are ignoring me when asking about my refund.... DON'T DO IT !!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED AND INFORMED THEY WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND FOR ANYTHING OR ANY SITUATION.

i would like to give negative stars to this company. I was charged $799.00 before ever discussing what I was looking for or how many months I wanted. I have reached out to them so many times to refund my money and they will not do it. I have never even received any product. It has been showing as pending for over a week. They keep telling me they have to cancel it with the pharmacy. How long does that take over a week. I have contacted the bank and will be getting a lawyer involved! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PAYMENT INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The site is misleading. I signed up for discounted prescription and ended up with 2 accounts. After being charged the discounted price twice. That was resolved. I did not receive my medication. I called support again the receipt I got did not reflect what support told me, that the discount was not for the medication. I then requested to have my account canceled and refund my money. I was then charged again the regular doctors fee. I called and emailed support I was told I would receive a refund. I never received my refund, they stole $486 from me. I even mailed copies of my bank statements and each time they had a different excuse for not refunding my money.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

The service is very misleading. I entered my information and I was led to believe I'd qualify for a Rx for a GLP-1 medication. The team and platform had all the details they needed to tell me before I paid the subscription price that I wasn't eligible. Instead, they led me on, then refused to refund me. Don't use this service.

My experience refilling a critical medication (Semaglutide) through Zealthy was a nightmare. Throughout the process, I encountered: Confusing and contradictory information: My initial refill request was cancelled by a representative (David B.) with instructions to resubmit later. When I tried to resubmit, I received an error message. Unresponsive customer service: Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via phone and messages (including a call on April 18th to 1-877-870-0323), I received conflicting information and a complete lack of transparency regarding the status of my refill. Delays and Missed Commitments: I was initially told my refill would be completed by April 3rd and then promised contact from a provider within 1-2 business days. Neither of these promises materialized. Lack of Timeline: Despite repeated inquiries, Zealthy was unable to provide an estimated delivery date for my medication, leaving me completely in the dark. This entire ordeal caused significant stress and financial strain, as I was essentially paying for medication I couldn't access. If you're considering using Zealthy for your prescription needs, be prepared for potential delays and a lack of clear communication.

I never used their service I never used their service. Shut down and canceled my service in less than 20 minutes. Never used their coach or medical support staff. Didn't use their medicines. Nothing! Just opening an account where they guarantee money back and yet now no response to me. No refund In just 10 minutes 50 bucks are gone

This is the absolute worst experience with any health care provider I have ever had in my life. They advise you to sign up for a membership promising one on one coaching, weight loss plan and medication to assist with weight loss. This company has charged my credit card for 4 months for a membership that does nothing for the patients. I have NEVER had an actual appointment with anyone. No coach has reached out and no plan has been provided. They just keep debiting my credit card each month for a bogus membership. Zero communication. I am paid until end of June and I cancelled my membership and they refuse to issue refunds for any reasons. They prescribed one month prescription of Zepbound, I gained 5lbs on it. When I sent a message stating I want a different medication because I am gaining weight, no one reached out. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT memberships fees. I am reporting them to the Texas Medical Board, Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau for false claims, malpractice and fraud. BEWARE !!!

Zealthy translated is them getting wealthy with zeal via extremely unethical practices! This company charges more and does less than any other online drug prescriber! Beware and do your research!! They will take your money, give you nothing in return, they will also prescribe you drugs without knowing or verifying any information about you!! This company needs to be investigated by the DEA among other agencies!! I am reporting them and I urge you to do the same!!

I engaged almost 2 weeks ago, I was drawn by these .io reviews of 4.5 ignoring the 3.5 reviews of zealthy in comparison. Since I am desperate for some glimpse of hope in saving my life, I invested. I was on Ozempic until the first of the year, lost 30 lbs and was ripped off of it. My Drs office won’t waste the time precerting and filing an appeal even though my insurance advised they should. Seeing the reviews on zealthy I paid with all hope I would reach a compassionate Dr. the charge for medication. 2 weeks and my payment won’t update, no Dr has reached out on my med request. A coach threw uneditable PDFs for me to fill in and no one has even reviewed any input I have provided. Acknowledged the payment won’t update or that I do have a pending med request. I couldn’t attach images to show what I was saying when they kept saying there was no error. How can I prove it if they don’t even call me won’t look into the issue and really this is so good of a program when Google has all of these PDFs free of charge. Something is really wrong with this rating and zealthy is playing on peoples health and emotions with this Ozempic game and bull to pad pockets of Ozempics board while they play games with insurance companies and hurting people. Cloak and dagger!

My experience didn't start out well with them. They over charged 3 times finally got a reimbursement. Thought things were getting better but now I can't get a refill. Started out over 2 weeks ago. They kept replying with stupid responses like with the provider. Not it's the pharmacy is backlogged and will be 2 weeks to receive my 2nd mos. supply. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Don't trust their website. They say no hidden fees and no charges until approved. I put my card information in and did not complete the process or authorize payment yet and the immediately charged me 49.00. After talking to customer service and feeling a little more comfortable and choosing a 3 month plan at 151.00 a month they immediately charged al.ost 1000. My bank declined it thankfully. It said no charges till you speak to a provider in a few days who will explain the process and the cost. Total scam as far as I'm concerned

SCAM SCAM SCAM...GO TO MYMOCHI.....It has been 13 days since I paid for my membership and medication and I have yet to receive my medication. I am in constant contact on a daily basis and all I get are excuses. $550. I tried to get a refund and I was told it was at the pharmacy and was processing so I couldn't get a refund.....STILL WAITING and tomorrow makes 2 weeks I have been waiting....SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered this 5 days ago. They won't refund my money . They say another 5 to 7 days. Nonsense. Customer service won't be able to help you with anything, they will tell you to just keep calling back
