“Signed up on a 1 month $49 deal. They automatically charged my $670 for meds and 2 more months of service. Can not get meds for over a month because of the so called hurricane BS. Asked for a refund for the $670 on October 17 and it is now October 29 and still not refund. I still have over 2 weeks of coaching services but the company restricted any conversations until I pay another $670 even though I still have time I paid for. TOTAL SCAM and stay away!!! They say that they will contact your health insurance but they will not and just say they declined coverage. I am still hearing there ads on the radio. SCAM!!!”

“My husband got violently sick after 1st dose. We tried to get in touch with them, they said we had access to care team through app & it took days to get responses. After many MANY messages that we had been in hospital several times & all medications & what they sent had been untouched but one & asked if could send all back for partial refund, they kept saying would get back to us in a day & was weeks then finally said couldn’t. On the app you have to ask for your refill. We were just charged for another batch! Tried calling support # & was on hold 32 minutes & then there was a voice mail. I’m sure I won’t hear back. We also sent an email to their customer support. It’s rediculous & scam. I wouldn’t do it! RUN away!”

“I have been charge repeatedly for a subscription and I didn’t even complete a registration nor did I receive any service or goods. I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and plan to blast the company all over social media.”

“SCAM! STAY AWAY! This is a fraudulent company that falsely adversities. It took me 1 month (and I started the process the day of order) to get my money back, I also had to involve my credit card company. They advertised to get the medication for a $275 deal for a 3 month period. Turns out this is just a subscription to steal money from you. Also the same day they charged me without permission another $275 PLUS $49 PLUS $670!!!! I had over $1000 charges and didn’t get a thing! It took me literally a lot of nerves and time to get my money back. Stay away! Stealing money, that’s all they do.”

“Here we are again with this company trying to bill my credit card for product I didn't receive or want anymore. Was told to cancel my subscription, yet when I go into my account there no active subscriptions! Stay away from these crooks.”

“If I could give Zealthy a minus 1, I would. I believe this a scam operation. I signed up, paid $49 and completed all steps. My insurance was approved for Wegovy. I never spoke to directly to anyone. Only texts. I was told, through text, that my prescription was ready at my pharmacy. It was not and several weeks later, still no medication. I reached out twice, trying to get my money back. I've received no communication since then. I had to prepay $216 for the next 2 months, to be under "physicians care." Stay away!!”

“Complete scam. Took my money then kept pushing me to purchase while I wait on my insurance. 36 hours later messages saying my insurance won’t cover. So I called my insurance, no claim was ever made and my insurance covers in FULL!”

“I cancelled my membership once and they continued to take out the $135.00 monthly cost for 4 months. Then I cancelled it again and took off my credit card. I kept getting notices that they couldn't charge my card and to please update the card or call.”

“I wanted to skip my periods, that was something that was advertised, then I was charged and told I COULD NOT DO THAT, that literally all I needed this service for, so I said cancel the whole thing I won't be using the service at all but I was still charged 6 months later, and all I was told was "oopsie here's a refund" and I told them that can't be happening every 6 months, take my card off here or delete my account and I never got a message back, I think 10 days is plenty of time to get back to me. I messaged them a few more times and never got a response. I tried to cancel my subscription several times on my own and couldn't, the continue button would grey out and just keep "loading" indefinitely. I was out $90 for 7 buisness days and had to cancel my card in order to avoid being charged for a service I never even used! I would never recommend this service to anyone and hope this helps other people not make the same mistake as me.”

“I thought they were honestly their to help me and for almost a year I paid every month.then today they said out of the blue my insurance said I had Medicare when I did not I had the insurance I had for years.they lied.i think it's because I won't pay for their doctors or the other shots to be delivered to my home.no I won't I already pay $135.00 for the membership and my insurance paid the shots but they want me to pay $135.00+$156.00 a month. Now I don't have the shots for next month like I had all year.what am I going to do? Don't trust them”

“My first order was shipped to my apartment, and the carrier left in the apartment's package lockers, which require a code to get in that the carrier did not provide. By the time I was able to get apartment management involved and get them to open the locker so I could get my package, I checked back with Zealthy and was told the medicine was no longer good after being unrefridgerated that long. Zealthy refused to answer why a medicinal package that also requires medication wasn't shipped in such a manner that required a signature nor did anything at all to rectify the situation. The carrier said to contact the shipper and the shipper (zealthy) did nothing. So a lot of shifting the blame without actually doing anything to keep a customer. They just want your money folks. Keep away.”

“I would not recommend this company to anyone ! I needed a prescription by a certain date for a trip. They told me no problem . I paid $39 to get prescription. They did not send I called them they said they could get it to me after my trip which made it useless to me . I asked for a refund and they refused. I left a bad review on a fire and they reply like they want to help lol they say to email them and leave a bad email address , they are liars and fake do not use them unless you want to get ripped off!”

“If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. This is a 'fly by night' company who scammed me. They sent me an almost empty bottle of medication and then refused to send me what I paid for. The vile of medication only had about 2 doses worth of medication. The medication was supposed to be 2.5mg and enough for at least 4 doses over the course of a month. They sent about 0.5mg. Instead of taking accountability and providing what I purchased, they asked me to make another purchase. Their customer service representatives are incompetent, rude, and have no power to rectify a situation. Furthermore, they make zero effort to retain customers. Had they simply given me what I paid for, I would have kept my membership for a long time. Since they refused to take accountability by either refunding the money or sending me what I paid for, I had to call the bank to get the charges reversed. The amount of time I spent dealing with these scammers AND the bank was not worth my time in terms of dollars because of the amount of money I make. However, I did it on principal because I don't want to see others going through the same thing.”
