This is a fraudulent program. They don't tell you up front that you can't participate unless your insurance qualifies. Only after you have paid for the membership do they divulge that information. Although their website gives the impression that getting brand-name medication is easy, they actually make it exceedingly tough. They make a lot of effort to market their unapproved compounded drugs. Take caution. I don't advise.

I cancelled my membership in Jan of 2025. I have been charged 135.00 on May 12th. Thisis a scam. Do not use this company. I have requested my money back by calling. Nothing was done.

this company is the worst. communication seems bot driven. failed to fill a script for weeks. often takes days for a response. no live people. only portal messages. i canceled and selected a different provider. be ware

They advertised a fee of under $200 for medication & after providing my bank information the fee increased to over $500. My bank & my credit card refused to honor their request for payment I dug a little deeper & discovered they are a scam. I immediately cancelled my ‘membership’ & my credit card. It’s been a week and every day I get numerous texts, emails & phone calls asking me to update my payment information. They attempt to bill my credit card several times a day. I have contacted them many times begging them to leave me alone & they continue to harass me.

Terrible customer service. Signed up 6 weeks ago, it took 4 weeks for the provider to review and write for the medicine, and I still ahve not recieved it. Now they state they cannot guarantee a refund of the money i have already paid. Avoid this service at all cost.

I’ve canceled over a month ago when I got it approved with my doctor for a much cheaper price. I have been emailing, messaging for my refund. No one responds.

I’ve never received my product. After cancelling my subscription once due to being dissatisfied, i attempted again to try them out and it’s been 3 weeks since my account was charged $189. For the subscription and $135 for the product that still has no shipping label and very clearly hasn’t been received. This company is beyond what i would consider a lack of communication and goes straight to total disregard and scam.

I have called several times and asked to cancel my account. I never started the subscription. I was told I would be refunded my initial fee. Ha! Well that hasn’t happened! But yet they are still trying to take out a monthly subscription fee of $135 every other day!! Luckily I did this on my Cashapp card where it can be blocked. The rep lied and said she cancelled my account and would refund my money but never did. This is a scam!!

They get your billing info and immediately get their hands into your bank account without disclosing details. Reaching the billing department is next to impossible. You are on hold forever. I have been trying to get refunded for 3 months after cancelation. There has to be better, more honest companies out there!

Their service is beyond bad. The worst ever. My "coach" isn't responding to my questions. I am waiting for a week now and still haven't heard back. My order has not been processed (no tracking number) for a week but they charged my credit card same day as I ordered. I set up a virtual appointment and nobody bothered to attend the call. I am wondering if this is all a FAKE.

Horrible. I wanted to cancel after I realized they didn't take my insurance. Canceling is impossible. So many phone calls and emails. They promised to refund but I have not received it yet. It's all a money game. The worse customer service. If you want online service I suggest try another site. Not worth the headache. I'm going back to walking into a normal Healthcare establishment.

They sent a vial missing 20mgs. I provided all supporting info. After numerous phone calls and emails. Someone contacted me and said they would fix it. Got an email saying they are going to send me missing amount. Then I get an email saying I need to submit a new order to get the missing amount. "But I won't be charged" even though the process would include me entering my cc info. I refused. Since then, no more responses from emails, messages or phone calls. Horrible. You have been warned. Unethical company to deal with.

Terrible customer service. Took my money and NO communication at all besides the initial message stating if my medication dud not arrive in 7 days to reach out. On day 5 I messaged as I received no tracking/shipping information. Day 6 I request to cancel with a full refund and no response. I then disputed the charge and ironically they shipped out the medication and now cannot give me a refund. Lost my $685 and would not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible communication and customer service.

I was very disappointed in the communication. At first it was overload, but then once I ordered the medicine, the app chat seemed to be AI driving and I received no responses. The questions were very simple in nature to answer. The whole experience was not personal at all and I felt like I was just another number to them. Also my Medication didn't work after the first week. I will never use this service again and will tell my friends to stay away.

Zero stars. Dis not receive full dose of what I paid for upfront. One month of emails, calls, silly responses, and no resolution. I disputed the charge with my credit card and explained how many times I have messaged. First the provider blamed it on the pharmacy. The pharmacy has yet to respond. Only random messages making no sense and certainly my not solving the problem. Horrible customer service. Stay away!

This program is a scam. You can't participate unless you qualify with your insurance and they don't tell you that upfront. They only share that information once you have paid for the membership. They make it very difficult to get brand-name medication although their website makes it look like it's seamless. They push hard to sell their compounded medications which are not FDA approved. Be careful. I do not recommend.

They have had over $1000 of my money for over two months and have not received any medication and will not refund me the money they are awful. I have keep getting the same people and the same message and nobody is refunding me the money and I can’t move on and my health is at risk. I need my money back. It is awful.

If i could give zero stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Do not use them. The first order was fine, quick and easy. I placed a 3 month supply and got it quickly. I completed my refill and decided to pay for the 6 month supply, paid almost $2,000. 3 days later the refill order disappeared and the money was NOT refunded. They kept my money, I contacted them as soon as I realized the order disappeared, a month later I'm still given the run around, I have sent messages and calls and all I get told is that they will speak with the provider (spoiler, the provider never responds). I still do not have the medication nor do I have my refund and no one is helpful. Avoid this company at all costs!

I had a terrible experience with Zealthy. I went through their online questionnaire to see if I qualified for weight loss medication. After completing it, I was told that I did not qualify due to being below the minimum weight requirements. That should have been the end of it. However, Zealthy saved my payment information without my full consent and charged me $39 for a subscription, even though I was never approved for treatment. Worse, the company then charged $135 in March, as if I had received medication—which I never did. I did not authorize these charges, and no products were shipped to me. In April, they attempted to charge my card again, which thankfully failed because I had already blocked my card after noticing suspicious activity. These charges are fraudulent, and it is unacceptable for a company dealing with health and sensitive information to engage in such deceptive practices. I have reported this to my bank and will be filing a complaint with the FTC. I urge others to be very cautious with this company and watch their billing activity closely. I am demanding a full refund of the $174 charged and expect to be contacted by their support team immediately. Do better, Zealthy.
