“I’ve been using Zealthy for a few Months now and I have had a wonderful experience. I’ve ordered 3 months worth of my compounded terzepitide twice and it has come on time in secure packaging with plenty of supplies. My Zealthy coach and coordinator are always reachable and when I had a question, their help desk was fast and efficient.”

“PSA - PLEASE do NOT use the company Zealthy. I originally started using them and canceled because they wanted $400 for med and a membership which I refused to do. I canceled my plan the day after I received my medication in march and was not charged for April and was under the impression that my account was nonexistent. Well, they just charged me $189 for May when I never authorized them to do so. In fact I have multiple messages confirming I would not be charged ever again. Now, they are not willing to give my money back and have been saying they are “looking into it”. I have disputed this with my bank but I don’t want this happening to anyone else. Please again, do not use them! ZEALTHY. On a good note - Amble has been AMAZING. Very very fast shipping and docs get back immediately on anything. I am so thankful and am down 26 pounds so far. If anyone is looking for a great and trustworthy place to get your GLP-1 meds go through AMBLE. So sorry for the rant but that’s A LOT of money nowadays and I am upset 🥲.”

“So far so good. I paid $49 for the initial consultation. They prescribed Wegovy. About a week later, my insurance gave preapproval and I was able to pick up the medication at the pharmacy. They gave great instructions on how to inject and also like having a weight loss coach.”

“I signed up for Zealthy because I wanted to get tirzepatide. The medication is really powerful, but I was really surprised by how helpful the weight loss coaches were. I've been skinny all my life and only started gaining weight when I got older so I really didn't know many techniques. They told me what kinds of foods I should be eating. How I should think about exercise and food more. Really love the whole service and have already lost 17 lbs.”

“I felt scammed after divulging vital personal and credit card information.Ultimately denied an Rx as "I am enrolled in Medicare." Wt. loss physician consulted and was told Medicare could care less. Seems to me bc I declined expensive monthly monitoring beyond my initial 1 mo.perscription.Fell for their promo. My bad!”

Hi SJL, So sad to hear you are upset about your experience. We appreciate the feedback and will explore how we can improve our communications in the future. Unfortunately, we're not able to accept patients with some insurance programs because of their specialized requirements. Because of this limitation, we specifically ask all new members about this during the intake flow - before any payment information is collected and do not allow members to continue if they are ineligible. It looks like you were refunded for any payment you made. Hope that helped to ease the frustration a bit.
