“This is a joke! I paid the $35 application fee. I started filling it out and then decided this isn’t for me. I never clicked except terms in fact I went back erased all my info. I message with someone at that time. They told me I wouldn’t get charged for anything but the non refundable app fee. Sine I didn’t except anything she said I was good. But then I kept getting charged $135 like every other week. I’ve called so many times they say they will refund & I won’t get charged anymore and yet I am. Now when I call they are always not available leave message. I’ve left several messages no call back and then when I speak to someone they say the helped hand up and get charged again. I’ve had them hang up on me ext. So now I’m going to contact the BBB on them and take actions to get my money back. This is a joke! I would not recommend them at all.”

“I have been very happy so far with the medication and the service I have received. I called one time and hung up by accident and they called me right back. The app is a little iffy but the emails very dependable. I would recommend Zealthy to anyone.”

“It took me almost a month to get my medication, though my payment went through right away. I went back and forth on the app and by phone and just kept receiving canned replies. I did finally receive the GLP-1 and I like that, but after seeing all of the bad reviews about refills I'm nervous about what will happen next. As a side note, they did just change pharmacy companies so hopefully that will help. I don't want to suffer any more "buyers remorse."”

“Zealthy made it very easy to get my 1st dosage of medication, but it has been nothing but painstakingly difficult since then. It took a month and a half from the date I paid for my refill to receive it, and then it was not the dosage that I paid for. I have been going back and forth with my “care team” for weeks over this, but their responses take days and are minimally helpful at best. I even got a response to a bad review that I left with a direct support email address to contact, that I emailed with no response (shocker). I would never recommend this company to anyone and put them through this ordeal.”
