“I love everything about Zealthy and how easy it makes it for you to be prescribed the medication you need, but I have had some issues with the timeliness of requesting refills. My medication was prescribed almost 2 weeks ago and yet I still have not received it. It doesn't look like a tracking number has even been assigned to it yet. I was charged for the medication over a week ago. Today is the day that I am supposed to take another dose, and now I do not have the medication despite having requested a refill over 16 days ago. I've reached out to my care team but they have only been able to tell me that they're still waiting on a tracking number from the pharmacy. Overall though, I do like Zealthy and would recommend.”

“They advertised a fee of under $200 for medication & after providing my bank information the fee increased to over $500. My bank & my credit card refused to honor their request for payment I dug a little deeper & discovered they are a scam. I immediately cancelled my ‘membership’ & my credit card. It’s been a week and every day I get numerous texts, emails & phone calls asking me to update my payment information. They attempt to bill my credit card several times a day. I have contacted them many times begging them to leave me alone & they continue to harass me.”
