"I ordered two tires from them, they got their payment immediately then the tires couldn't be shipped out because they couldn't find them, I reached out, they said they were still going through their suppliers and assured me they be shipped. I waited, two days later they finally shipped and said they would arrive Friday. I waited around Friday to receive a message at the end of the day saying they would arrive the following day also FedEx lied through their teeth about everything. The following day I receive ONE of the two tires and some nonsense about another fedex truck is coming with the other tire. I called FedEx customer service twice to investigate. Currently, I am sitting here waiting for the other supposed truck or a phone call from FedEx about the other tire. In either case this was a terrible ordering experience in which every part of this order has gone horribly. I haven't event gotten to find out if the tire is good yet."
