“I paid for two tires. One was delivered. When attempting to email, speak with operators, and using chatbots, I was told they would look into it and would follow up with email updates. I have yet to receive the tire or any follow up or update. After not hearing anything, I have filed a complaint with the BBB for resolution. I need the tire or my money back.”
