“Everything went wrong including sending a defective tire, refusing to deliver for days when it was on the truck scheduled for delivery, I had to incur additional expenses because of all of the delays when I told giga this was an emergency, etc. Giga ruined my holiday season and my birthday. I will never order tires online again and I ended up going to my local Firestone dealer where they put a new tire on my car in about an hour for the same price and I was on my way.”
“I gave this a 4 star review because they charge a disposal fee and I don't know why you are ordering tires online you are not having tires dismounted and leaving casings behind or with them I already can here the explanation they will say it's a state law but it is not when ordering on line and not leaving anything for them to dispose of other than that the prices are great and shipping was quick”
