“STAY AWAY AND STICK WITH OTHER MAJOR TIRE RETAILERS. In march 2026, i ordered two Firestone Indy 500 tires from this retailer. When they arrived, the DOT date codes on the tires were from 2022. Meaning the tires have been sitting in a warehouse for 4 plus years. Customer service offered me a 10% partial discount or exchange them for two new tires. When the replacement tires arrived, they were also from 2022. I spoke to customer service again and they would not honor a partial refund due to age(even though they offered it the first time). Any other major retailer such as tirerack would never sell you 4 year old tires without deep discounts and explicitly stating how old they are.”

I have ordered 4 tires with installation. And when they had sent me an email with an appointment for installation and my wife had arrived at the installation shop, it turned out that 3 of the 4 tires were undelivered.
And now that guys offer me to wait 9 business days more.”
“I received a used tire. Installation garage refused to install because it was used (at least 10,000 miles) Started a return, web site said it couldn’t find order. Multiple emails and phone calls never responded to. Fortunate Discover reversed the charges. I wish I had checked there reviews before orders. Many had similar problems”
“Everything went wrong including sending a defective tire, refusing to deliver for days when it was on the truck scheduled for delivery, I had to incur additional expenses because of all of the delays when I told giga this was an emergency, etc. Giga ruined my holiday season and my birthday. I will never order tires online again and I ended up going to my local Firestone dealer where they put a new tire on my car in about an hour for the same price and I was on my way.”
“I gave this a 4 star review because they charge a disposal fee and I don't know why you are ordering tires online you are not having tires dismounted and leaving casings behind or with them I already can here the explanation they will say it's a state law but it is not when ordering on line and not leaving anything for them to dispose of other than that the prices are great and shipping was quick”
