“Ordered 4 tires via Walmart.com marketplace. Gigatire was the seller. Shipped tires quickly but seller canceled order and redirected shipment before delivery. Seller refunded 3 of 4 tires. I have emailed and called but only get through to overseas call center that is little to no help. Very shady and headache to deal with, I hope I can get all my money back someday at their convenience?”
“This is the second time I buy tires from Giga Tire. I ordered the tires on Friday and they arrived Sunday. The tires are really nice and they had the best price. Iām super happy and will continue to buy my tires from Giga Tire”
“Do not buy from Giga Tires. Ordered 1 Tire for a customer waited almost a month still no tire. Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone they don't answer emails or return calls. When I finally talked to someone to cancel the order and get a refund, they said they would look into it its been 2 weeks and still have not heard back. Please beware of this Company I would not buy anything from them Horrible Customer Service. We ordered another tire for our customer from another source and received it in 3 days. Needless to say we are out almost $250. Save yourself the aggravation and buy from another source.

“I ordered 2 tires here, they only shipped me 1 tire. I called and they said they'd open investigation and after that they'll ship the other tire in 2 to 3 business days. I then get an email saying they refunded me for 1 tire. I didn't need a refund, I needed the second tire. Now my daily driver has been laid up while waiting on this. Will never order from here again”
“I ordered 10 ply Toyo Open Country AT3 tires about a year ago and went to get them put on some Fuel rims and the shop confirmed they are 5 ply tires not 10 ply. Make sure you confirm what they send you #lessonlearned#”
