“I ordered my tires on 12/02/23. It is now 12/06/23 and my order hasn't even been processed yet. I called and spoke to customer service. She said she would check into it. I heard roosters crowing in the background. I'm pretty sure this company is a scam!!!!”

I told them that I didn't want a refund, I want my complete order filled.I didn't hear from them so I contacted them asking when I would receive my tire. They issued me a refund without me requesting one. Not sure what part of I don't want a refund, I want my tire didn't they understand!!! No solution for me. They just didn't care.
