“Initially tried a few guitars out at the store, The guy in the guitar department was very helpful. I made my decision at home based on what I had tried in the store and ended up ordering one online as the model/colour I wanted wasn't in stock. I was kept informed by email regarding expected delivery. The Fender Stratocaster was delivered direct to me and was in perfect condition.”

“I was interested in buying a Fender Strat so I visited the store in Harlow to have a look. The guy in the guitar section was very helpful and knowledgeable and allowed me to try out a couple to compare (Mex vs USA etc). This gave me enough info to go home and consider my options. I made my decision and ordered one online. Check out GigGear's voucher codes - I got lucky as they had £25 off! The guitar wasn't in stock so I received an email telling me it had been ordered and would be in mid next week. Progress updates were a bit sparse after so I've knocked a star off, however when I emailed enquiring I got an immediate reply (even though it was late evening). Anyway the guitar was delivered by UK Mail (who sent a text giving an hour slot) and it was in perfect condition - and even in tune and set up ready to play straight out of the box. Bottom line - I'm very pleased with my purchase :)”

“So recently bought a speaker lead for my Marshall Amp/Speaker, came quicker than expected but the lead wasn't branded with the 'Marshall Name' paid 4 times less for this lead than the one I was going to buy which was branded, so I guess I just have to believe it is a Marshall speaker lead, which does work fine by the way, overall great service, nice one Gig Gear.”

“Excellent service - delivered within 24 hours of order- have not opened box but essentially you have offered an excellent deal. One point i would make is that the guitar casing is highly visible and my son( who the guitar is for) answered the door to the delivery man which sort of killed the Christmas Day surprise! I might suggest the the packages displaying their contents should be covered so as not to reveal what is inside”
