“Overall feedback is very positive. Ginger 6 built the gaming PC quickly, They were happy to offer advise on compatibility etc and upgraded the SSD at no extra cost. All in all very good.”

“Well impressed, ordered my PC on Monday 18/01/16, I took delivery on Wednesday 20/01/16, I managed to fire it up today (22/01/16) for the first time, very fast rig, Excellent build quality with attention to detail like the majority of cabling is sheathed from what I could see through the side window. I ordered a Vanquish Blue tower case which is fitted with three fans, it has an intake fan at the front and two exhaust fans, one on the side and another at the rear, the side fan has a switch to turn the fan on/off and two speed settings. Top marks and a big thank you Kevin at Ginger 6”

“CPU Cooler Fan was not clipped on to CPU heatsink, and this was visible through case window. As I was already intending to install my own hard drives, I had no qualms with opening the case and reattaching the fan. This seemed, however, to be more of a design problem with the fan itself (manufacturer to blame) as the clip-on mechanism (Arctic Cooler 7) is very simple to detach - so I wouldn't blame Ginger6 for this. Otherwise, absolutely fantastic! Prompt delivery, great cable management within case, all parts installed correctly and required CDs / manuals included too. Brilliant customer service: very quick to respond via email (provided you use the contact form on their site) and very polite and helpful via phone. Solid 5/5 for Ginger6, would definitely recommend.”

“i am very pleased with my product and with it being my first gaming computer i feel that Ginger6 were very helpful in explaining what i would need to do. i do have to say that delivery was a bit slow but i did choose the free delivery so what could i have expected haha. anyway all in all very good and I have recommended Ginger6 to friends and i will be using them again when i feel i need to upgrade my PC. “I was very happy with the service, easy, fast, efficient streamline web site, sold your product to me. It was the ease of usage, and it was well designed, and the dropdown menus changed to make sure what you selected was compatible with each other item selected. Very happy with the product, and my son is even happier. A few wee things to still sort out, relating to the software, not too sure why I'm getting pop-ups about the software not working correctly at start up. But the product is stunning looking, and you can tell a lot of effort went into the service you provided. Thank You. I have highly recommended you to others I know that are looking a Gaming PC, so I'd say you have a few more orders from Derry in N.Ireland coming your way.”

“I have used Ginger 6 before and the products and service has been good. The ordering and then four or five working days later delivery of the computer was good. I am just setting up the computer now and haven't come across and problems at all.”

“I ordered a customised Budget Gaming PC. I thought it would be 5 days until it was built, but it was built + shipped + delivered in 5 days. The PC has worked without any issues from the moment I plugged it in. Very happy!”

“Delivery was fast although it was Xmas. Only issue was. ..it stated NO OPERATING SYSTEM in eBay but had windows 10 preloaded with administration lock. This was very frustrating. Had to delete virtual drives before installing Windows 7. Took a whole day. Thanks”

“Ordered a PC on the Monday before Christmas and arrived 2 days later. Which was a pleasant surprise to say the least. PC worked straight out of the box and has been working flawlessly so far- no problems. So would thoroughly recommend to buy from here.”

“For a mum on a budget they were very helpful and told me what area I could spend and where I could relax in order to keep within it. I phoned them twice for advise and each time they didn't seem to mind how long I kept them on the phone, it seems that customer service is as important to them as product quality is. My son has had his gaming PC for almost two weeks and has played on it every day morning to night, due to the holidays, and its great.”

“Before placing my order I spoke to Kevin and he was brilliant from advising me what spec I might want / need to amending my order after I'd placed it. It arrived within the specified 5days even though it's near Christmas. Got it out of the box and it fired up without a probem. A***”
