“A learning experience. On the good side I got exactly what I ordered, well packed and delivered by courier. On the bad side, I was misled by the website. I ordered a component smaller than a book of matches for next day delivery by TNT, as stated on the confirmation order I received. As I had ordered the part late on a Thursday evening, ‘next day’ would be Saturday. Saturday, no delivery. Sunday, no delivery. On Monday morning I got the delivery, not by TNT which I had been billed for, but by DPD. At this point I belatedly checked the T&Cs on the website. In the small print, you make clear that by ‘next day’ you actually mean ‘next working day’, and by a different courier. The result being that I paid about £12 (inc. VAT) for a service that could have been sent in a Jiffy bag by Second Class post, in the same timescale, for about £1. I shan’t be making that mistake again. Your processes need to be more consistent and your up-front information clear and accurate. Granted this was trivial in the grand scale of things (if you can call a wasted £12 trivial) but this has lost you one irritated customer who won’t be back.”

“Delivered in time for Christmas and my son is very happy with his PC. I can't tell you anything about it except that fortnite players will like it because of the high FPS or something!! Easy enough to set up even for a complete novice.”

“Computer works excellently as expected. However, the LED lighting strips inside have come loose and are dangling down in front of the glass screen, which is a nuisance, particularity as if I were to fix it (a very easy task) the act of opening up the computer would invalidate my warranty. That little annoyance is the only thing holding this review back from Very Good.”

“Hi Still loading some of my programmes and files and have noticed how quickly everything runs. I would have liked some information as to what you had done as I hadn't appreciated that without an OS, I had to download the drivers for the board et al. I am having difficulty with the dvd drive in that it is slow to respond. i have set up autoplay in the OS but it is still too slow. Perhaps you could advise me if I have to do anything in the BIOS. I should have ordered the OS at the same time as I hadn't appreciated that i couldn't use my existing OS despite the PC being committed to the the recycling process!! Microsoft wouldn't unblock the OS for me and told me i must buy a new code. All is well now. Any way, very impressed. Please consider some documentation/instructions; there must be a few other people like me who have only some knowledge of the internal workings of a PC!! cheers”

“I have had 3 PCs now from Ginger6. Prices are good and delivery is quick. Website is easy to use to specify your requirements. A minor niggle on the last one but Ginger6 were keen to sort it out quickly. Happy customer. Would recommend.”

“I'm a bit confused why the warranty voids if I take off the side panel aid the case. How am I meant to clean it and add parts in the future ?”

“Delivery was faster than expected, amazing quality products put together flawlessly. The only problem was the packaging my monitor came in, it seemed wet, though the item was fine. The drivers were quite a struggle as I needed to install one for the internet access but needed internet access to install it. Overall amazing though!”
