“Very helpful when I needed to discuss my purchase. I placed the order and it arrived 5 days later. Still playing with the PC to get the best results as I had a lot of external hard drives with different media on each. But overall very pleased and they were very helpful.”

“I recently ordered a "G6 GAMING PC HE8-8TW H81 Intel i5 Quad GTX 960 8GB Windows 8 1TB Computer?" from Ginger6 and it was dispatched in good time and i received it before the estimated delivery date which I was very happy with. The computer runs superbly and the wiring is all neatly tucked away, however the i received had a small dent in it and a bolt missing, it doesn't effect the computers performance at all, it's just cosmetic damage and i imagine it was caused by the courier. Thanks.”

“Delivery arrived on time, as expected & no damage to the box. Spec all as ordered. PC arrived not working: beeping when turned on. No problem phoning you. Had to wait for call-back to authorise opening the case to check the seating of the graphic card. The problem was the memory module which had not been inserted correctly, one end was not clicked in to the holder. That sorted out, the PC booted fine & I am not aware of any further problems. Thank you, John”

“Computer performs brilliantly, have had no issues so cannot comment about customer service in the case of returns etc. I did have to question the 'standard' monitor offerings over and above those listed separate to determine what specification you would get as it wasn't obvious. So far, so good! No reasons to be concerned at all.”

“The overall customer service I have to say is fantastic. Can't fault that. When first delivered the computer was delivered and wouldn't turn on. Which was sent back and returned fixed. The only other issue was that my hard drive hadn't been installed, so I had to spend 5 hours partitioning and formatting hard drive when I first received the computer. The website could use some minor improvements, such as a recommendation, for the power supply, or cooling supply. I reckon this would benefit those who are less experienced in building computer. This would also save the staff time since they would not have to contact customers in order to recommend upgrades. Besides this, I am happy with the service”

“Excellent price and quick delivery. However, once again there was damage to the machine ( the front panel was broken). It took 2 days to get an answer but I am being sent a new front rather than send it back. Happy overall and the price is excellent.”

“Great website with plenty choice to suit all budget requirements. Quick build and delivery. Great communication both on phones and via e-mail. One word of caution, and the reason for the four stars and not five,the Warranty on your PC will be void if you remove the cover. This can present you with a problem if you were hoping to remove a data drive from your old PC into the new PC. Ginger6 will not allow you to do this. "If you physically go into the PC you will void your warranty. " This is detailed in the warranty on the website, but you may just miss it as you buy your PC. If on the other hand you don't need to add an old drive to the new box, then be sure to consider a purchase from Ginger6. Kenny M.”

“Good website enabling easy selection of components with options and pricing very clear. Good range and great price. The Ginger 6 side was very good. Only room for improvement was with the courier rather than Ginger 6, the tracking capability was really not great; the link provided didn't work and when I searched the company and found an alternative address the information wasn't very precise. Other companies are offering much better visibility of the tracking (e.g. DPD's is very good now).”

“The Computer base station was fine, however, on switching it on for the second time there were 145 updates to the MicroSoft Windows 7 operating system. Could this not have been done at the factory?”

“Arrived very quickly & pleased with its setup. The extra PCI card with USB ports had 3 not 4. It is giving me problems connecting to the internet when part of a network but that is a problem here not with the PC. I would have prefered if the Number lock key has been set to on in the bios.”

“I orderd a zalman fan and was disappointed that the AND clip was missing, after calling ginger6 for a replacement the service was fantastic, they had a replacement part posted out to me next day delivery.”
