“Still waiting for a refund 16 days after they’d received the product back. I chased, they asked for proof of postage which I had so I sent details, chased again, they said they’d refund yet I’m still waiting. Lovely products (only returned tree skirt because it didn’t fit my Xmas tree base), but shocking customer service.”

“Very poor experience ordered smoke bombs for a wedding only for them to cancel order and only tell me one thing was cancelled. Waiting on order and they said they will no send them.. avoid now no smoke bombs for wedding”

“Avoid this company at all costs i only received part of my order. 5 weeks going on sinced I ordered it and following up with 6 emails this is all i get I am so sorry about this, I have chased our warehouse again for an update on the hoop that you are waiting on. Unfortunately I am still waiting for tracking for this individual product. I am chasing daily and have chased this morning again to get a response on this. Apologies for the inconvenience. Absolutely shocking service!!!!!!”

“Ordered and paid for 4 smoke Cannon's on next day delivery. Received an email the following day stating that they could not fulfill the order and a refund will processed. More than a week has passed, 2 complaint emails sent with the same reply...(a refund has been processed) Still no refund in my account. IT DOES MOT TAKE MORE THAN 1 WEEK TO PROCESS A REFUND! DO NOT RECOMMEND! PLEASE REFUND ME URGENTLY!”

“I ordered for my daughters baby shower with 2 weeks in advance for delivery . I rang 3 days before to say still not received spoke to 2 different people who PROMISED it would be be sent by courier to reach me on the Saturday... of which it didn’t .. highly unprofessional company do not use !!!!!!!”

“The most non-competent and non-professional delivery I have ever faced in my life, I sent them million of times to deliver the product on my wedding day, they promised 1 month ago they will. Now they are easily saying that if the package didn't arrive, they'll just issue a refund "as simple as that", they have lost the first shipment, then sent another one (and claimed it is not tracked shipment - for a huge mistake they did, they cannot send the package in a tracked courier), it is totally not accepted, and I advise anyone not to buy from those non-professional company, they have ruined part of my wedding which I was dependant on them.”
