I received the much anticipated crystal water bottle and the bottom does not screw onto the base, it’s like it is cross threaded. I have reached out to GLACCE several times about the issue and have yet to get a response. So I bought a $100 bottle that I can’t use. So very disappointed and will be reporting them.

I would love to be able to review the product- however I can only speak to my experience and thus far have yet to receive my product. I have reached out via email twice with no response and on Instagram, with no response. My order was placed 4/14 and is still showing as "confirmed" no processing or updates to tracking for shipment. I am disheartened bc I have wanted one of these water bottles for years and was finally able to afford to splurge on an item for myself, only to wait 2.5 weeks without even a single update to my order/tracking. I try to support small businesses as much as possible but am now wishing I had just ordered a similar product elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER from them! I ordered a set from them, they took my money and never delivered the product. I've written every email address on their website and have not had a single response. It's been about 3 weeks, I am out $160. Try to send a message to Support@glacce.com you will never get a reply.

The rose quartz straw cut my fingers when I hand washing it. Found out the quartz is falling apart at the edge of the hole. Lucky it was not falling apart in the water or I will drink the small quartz parts !,,

I haven’t bought a glacee bottle however I sell a none branded version of these bottles on Depop. Glacee have complained to Depop that I am breaking their intellectual property by selling my own bottles and Depop have taken my products down, and apparently there is no way I am allowed to rebute these claims. Glacee apparently win over someone with a small business interest, no questions asked. I sell crystal bottles because of their spiritual properties. It’s all about the good vibes for me. I would think twice about buying from this company since their ethos to bully small traders out of the marketplace is really uncalled for. If they see my small offering as a threat to their business they are really out of touch.

It´s been almost a month and you are asking me for a review of an item that has not even been shipped! I´m still waiting for it. It was bought on June 3rd and I´m still waiting. I am very disappointed. I was really expecting better service and a better experience.

Placed an order April 21st for the Smokey quartz bottle that came out to exactly $80.45 and have yet to receive my order!!! They are a scam!!! DO NOT ORDER from them! Unprofessional and for bad reviews ever, but being ignored after 1.5 months of waiting left me no choice.
