“I’ve purchased several bottles from them. When base gave out on one of them, I went to order that part and together with it, another bottle since shipping cost was way more than a base itself. Once I’ve received the order confirmation somehow only the bottle was processed and base remained in the cart, reminding me via automated emails that I still have items ready to check out. I’ve searched for customer service. No number just email. No response. After a week I’ve ordered the base by itself as it was easier than getting a hold of someone. When bottle arrived, it was defective. It would not screw on the base. I’ve tested the base with other bottles and it worked fine and glass with other bases I had and clearly it was defective. Emailed. No response again. As a side note, base has scratches in the finish abrasive enough to cut yourself and sleeve keeps getting caught on it as well. This is poor quality control for any price point and customer service is non existent.”
“Kinda bummed. I loved the concept of the bottle and your company but ive had my bottle for about 6 months and already had to purchase another base because the plastic started coming apart from the metal. Now the same thing is happening to the lid. I had to put a drop of crazy glue in it to keep it together. (Plastic separates from the metal.) I hand wash with cool water and try not to use it all the time because I wanted to have it for as long as possible. Also, $8.50 shipping for each $10 part, on top of a $130 bottle makes me a feel a bit ripped off. Love the bottle but not sure if I think its worth $170 if I decide to purchase another top.”

“My original base had nicks in the seal, the company was good about replacing it, however, the replacement base does not create a good seal so it keeps leaking which is frustrating.
I love the concept of intent behind the bottle and the stone is great.”
