Came about 5-6 days later than originally expected so was sweating a bit in case they'd been lost in transit but got confirmation and arrived. We made sure her fingers were measured by jeweller beforehand. Would definitely buy from them again.”

The box is a basic black paper box, but I prefer it that way - why pay for a box that gets thrown out and wasted. The ring, incl. engraving, is flawless and would cost twice as much in a local shop. It arrived with white fibres caught in one of the gem clamps, probably from production. Will get these removed by a local jeweller, as well as the ring downsized (size M is strangely not available on the website, only M1/2). Overall great online shopping experience. The online ring building/customisation app is second to none. She said yes. ;)”
“Exceptional quality. I ordered my dad a hoop earring on the 4th dec. estimated delivery was for the 13th dec. Due to the busy time of year they emailed me saying their was a delay and delivery would be delayed till the 19th dec. I was concerned when I never received a shipping confirmation. “I got engaged about 3 weeks ago and this is the perfect ring for me! The shape, the price, and the ability to customize was what attracted me most to it. I bought the white gold, white sapphire model and it looks so lovely on my hand! The only things I would have changed I realized is the cut of the stone doesn't do it for me at certain angles, but that's bound to happen when buying online. The band is also thicker than I was imagining on my finger but it looks great none-the-less.”
“The ring came, and it is gorgeous. It is, however, not what I expected. Because I needed a relatively large size (10, T.5) it threw the dimensions of the ring off, so it looks a lot thinner. My biggest problem, and the thing I'm quite upset about, is actually the main stone. The stone is a light stormy sky blue, not the nice oceanic sea blue of the site. I expect variations in colour because screens and colours aren't always the same, but there is a HUGE difference between sky blue and ocean blue. The engraving is very light and hard to read unless you're in the right light. The ring is quite smooth, and a pleasure to wear comfort-wise however. The Leola earrings that were meant to come with the ring as a free gift never came, instead I received a horrendous pendant. I mean, it was free, but still. Overall, I would probably not buy something from Glamira again. Not unless it was earrings or something. I certainly wouldn't order anything customised.”
