Customer services email were great with us and couldn’t come back to me quick enough and assist and re opened return forms which had been closed down due to inactivity with me being sick. The communication from the preparation process to the shipping process has been excellent and the rings themselves are exactly as they are on the website and we feel really good quality. “I want to share my experience with Glamira. I bought a nose piercing from their shop for 200 euros. The delivery was a few days late, but it was the courier's fault. The earring was delivered well packed, in a box with a certificate, card and other accessories. Seeing that the earring does not fit due to the size, and glamira offers a 60-day beautification guarantee, I filled out the return through their page and generated a shipping sticker there for 10 euros. I sent the package through my local post office and it was delivered back to them within 5 days. After they received the package, the refund process was started the next day and I got the money back from them to my bank account within the next two days. Customer service is good, they answered my questions in detail and very quickly, I didn't have to wait more than 5 hours for an answer.”
