They postponed that delivery by two weeks and it’s already been over two weeks and there is no update and tracking information. When I’m calling the customer support it stays on hold for hours and then the call get disconnected on its own and when I emailed customer support, in spite of several back and forth conversations , they are not giving any ETA and they are just saying its in production which I can already see on the portal.”

“I want to share my experience with Glamira. I bought a nose piercing from their shop for 200 euros. The delivery was a few days late, but it was the courier's fault. The earring was delivered well packed, in a box with a certificate, card and other accessories. Seeing that the earring does not fit due to the size, and glamira offers a 60-day beautification guarantee, I filled out the return through their page and generated a shipping sticker there for 10 euros. I sent the package through my local post office and it was delivered back to them within 5 days. After they received the package, the refund process was started the next day and I got the money back from them to my bank account within the next two days. Customer service is good, they answered my questions in detail and very quickly, I didn't have to wait more than 5 hours for an answer.”
