If I have to pay shipping AND a restocking fee, why can't I just return the dress without having to jump through hoops as far as taking pictures of the packaging with the label, packaging the dress came in, as well as the dress itself, to prove that the dress is not for me? Do not make the same mistake I did, DO NOT order from this site.

There were also numerous threads that were loose on the dress along with some straight pins still in it. I contacted customer service numerous times and was given the run around. In order to return anything you have to contact customer service. They don't want to accept returns and offered 15% back the first time and then 30% the next time. They told me the return would need to go to China and that is so expensive, which I would need to pay. Along with charging me a 15% restocking fee. Please be cautious when purchasing from this company or do not purchase from them. In the end I needed to contact my credit card company and file a claim.
