My daughter is FIFTEEN. They need me to send them pictures of the dress riding up my MINOR daughters butt for a CHANCE of a return. I can't say what I want too..... That is insane. So I am to let strangers see my daughters naked butt sticking out??? Oh H... NO!!! The dress was measured to fit her. Yet somehow half of her butt is hanging out? Come on now.
Even after I told them she was a minor they still needed something. I'll swallow the $150 of wasted fabric before I send a picture of my minor daughter over the internet. Freaks .....”
“Bought a dress that arrived covered in blue pen marks, so contacted customer service at glamlora to be told to use detergent to take the stain out myself! Won't refund or replace it even though I have sent pictures. Will not ever use this website again.”
