.I placed an order 1st order ever and it took them way longer than stated to deliver the dress. When it came to me, it was inside out, no tags and IS NOT true to size. The lace on the dress is unravelling and I immediately reached out to them (same day) it was delivered and it took them longer than one day to respond. I was told they will get back to me if the team approves my return. I received an email 2 days later stating my 3 options (below).

“I am pleasantly surprised. Our dress was three weeks late and I was very concerned however it has arrived and it is the most beautiful high-quality dress for the money. My Daughter is going to wear it to prom and it’s just perfect and beautiful. The quality is amazing. I did email. It took me a couple of emails to get a response, but they did respond to me and they did assist me with finding out that my dress would be delivered today. Overall, I would buy it from them again. I ordered two dresses for a wedding (one day and other evening). When they arrived they were both faulty with stitching uneven and fabric disjointed. Poor quality. Even though they have 'no quibble returns' on their website, I have now spent 4 MONTHS trying to get a refund and have had to resort to involving external companies to retrieve this.
