“This company advertises “worry free” easy 14 day return policy. I ordered my daughters homecoming dress from them and there was some type of shipping delay, it said it was sitting in Illinois waiting to be picked up for over a week, so we bought another dress to have as back-up in case this one didnt make it in time. Its a good thing we did because when it finally did arrive the dress looks nothing like the pictures, the color isnt even the same and the quality is terrible and cheap looking. I have ordered from other dress stores online and had great luck with beautiful dresses for a decent price so I didnt think I would have an issue this time especially with their advertised return policy. I got the dress and immediately decided we were returning it so when I emailed the customer service they first offer to let me keep the dress and give me a 15% refund. I declined that offer since I do not want the dress and they then stated that the cost of the return would be paid by me and since it can be expensive they would offer me a 30% refund and keep the dress. I again declined and they the advise me that I would be responsible for not only return shipping fee but initial shipping fee plus a restock fee!!!! None of that was disclosed at time or purchase or during my initial request to return the dress.”

“Bought several bridesmaid dresses from here and they had accurate shipping times and were excellent quality. Made some returns and these were easy and handled and refunded quickly. Just make sure you go by size according to the measurements NOT your usual size, as the sizes run small (my bridesmaids all had to size up one or two sizes)”
