.I placed an order 1st order ever and it took them way longer than stated to deliver the dress. When it came to me, it was inside out, no tags and IS NOT true to size. The lace on the dress is unravelling and I immediately reached out to them (same day) it was delivered and it took them longer than one day to respond. I was told they will get back to me if the team approves my return. I received an email 2 days later stating my 3 options (below).

They didn’t answer me for days and only answered me after I filed a claim to get my money back from the card company and then they only offered me 10% discount and told me to take it to a local tailor.”

I ordered two dresses for a wedding (one day and other evening). When they arrived they were both faulty with stitching uneven and fabric disjointed. Poor quality. Even though they have 'no quibble returns' on their website, I have now spent 4 MONTHS trying to get a refund and have had to resort to involving external companies to retrieve this.
I wouldn't want anyone to go through the same thing!”
“I purchased a dress for my mom for my wedding. Before buying, we checked the return policy and all it said was we needed to email customer service within 30 days I think it was. Got the dress, it was too small. Emailed customer service the same day, the asked for photos of the dress not fitting, sent the photos. Then they offered a 50% gift card to purchase another dress. I said absolutely not, your website did not say that returns arent accepted. Then they offered a 70% gift card and said if I return it there is a 15% restocking fee. WHY WASN'T THIS INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON THEIR RETURN POLICY BEFOREHAND. THIS IS A TERRIBLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. Had we known any of this, we would not have purchased a dress from them. That's exactly why they dont announce this information because noone would buy.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 dresses for my brides maids of which one looked like low quality draped fabric with no shape. The other was again low quality and too shiny it looked grey not sage green.
I requested a full refund and they only gave 15%!!!! From my £131 order I have received £19 back.

“Avoid! Not worth the savings at all. They sent me the wrong dress and refused to fully refund despite photos showing the dress wasn't what I ordered. After back and forth emails, finally agreed to refund if I returned it at my cost to their facility in China. I sent it at my cost because I'm a fool and the principle of the matter. Well they had me- they failed to accept the dress so it was returned to sender months later. When their rep finally agree to a full refund of dress purchase price they charged a fee for processing the return amount. Basically, I paid to have someone torture me for a year. Seriously, learning to sew and making my own would have been easier and of better quality.”
