I purchased a dress for my mom for my wedding. Before buying, we checked the return policy and all it said was we needed to email customer service within 30 days I think it was. Got the dress, it was too small. Emailed customer service the same day, the asked for photos of the dress not fitting, sent the photos. Then they offered a 50% gift card to purchase another dress. I said absolutely not, your website did not say that returns arent accepted. Then they offered a 70% gift card and said if I return it there is a 15% restocking fee. WHY WASN'T THIS INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON THEIR RETURN POLICY BEFOREHAND. THIS IS A TERRIBLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. Had we known any of this, we would not have purchased a dress from them. That's exactly why they dont announce this information because noone would buy.

Terrible return policy! Do not buy a dress here unless you are positive you will keep it. They will demand pictures even if they are sensitive in nature to body parts not fitting. You will only get store credit minus 15% restock fee or an offer of 20% refund off purchase. BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 dresses for my brides maids of which one looked like low quality draped fabric with no shape. The other was again low quality and too shiny it looked grey not sage green. I requested a full refund and they only gave 15%!!!! From my £131 order I have received £19 back. An absolute joke.

The dress I ordered is CLEARLY not the dress on the website. The dress I received looks NOTHING like the dress on your website. I ordered a burgundy color, I received red. The dress is super long, down to my ankles! The product recieved is NOT the dress as shown on the website. What a disgrace of a website. I wanted a FULL REFUND...only to find out I would have to return the dress to CHINA! NOWHERE on your website states I have to pay to send the item back to CHINA! and along with a 15% restocking fee! This is a misrepresentation of your website and I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

Avoid! Not worth the savings at all. They sent me the wrong dress and refused to fully refund despite photos showing the dress wasn't what I ordered. After back and forth emails, finally agreed to refund if I returned it at my cost to their facility in China. I sent it at my cost because I'm a fool and the principle of the matter. Well they had me- they failed to accept the dress so it was returned to sender months later. When their rep finally agree to a full refund of dress purchase price they charged a fee for processing the return amount. Basically, I paid to have someone torture me for a year. Seriously, learning to sew and making my own would have been easier and of better quality.

I am in total and complete shock. My daughter ordered her homecoming dress. NEVER WILL WE EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I will be sharing our experience all over my social media pages as well. My daughter is FIFTEEN. They need me to send them pictures of the dress riding up my MINOR daughters butt for a CHANCE of a return. I can't say what I want too..... That is insane. So I am to let strangers see my daughters naked butt sticking out??? Oh H... NO!!! The dress was measured to fit her. Yet somehow half of her butt is hanging out? Come on now. Even after I told them she was a minor they still needed something. I'll swallow the $150 of wasted fabric before I send a picture of my minor daughter over the internet. Freaks .....

Bought a dress that arrived covered in blue pen marks, so contacted customer service at glamlora to be told to use detergent to take the stain out myself! Won't refund or replace it even though I have sent pictures. Will not ever use this website again.

Ordered a white wedding dress and recieved a beige dress instead, balled up in the bag, so even if your dress came in right, good luck getting the wrinkles out! Don't waste your money. Thanks for ruining my wedding

If I could give Glamora ZERO stars, I definitely would! I wish I had read other people's reviews before buying. I purchased what looked like the perfect wedding dress, it was a very pale blush color. It said, "Color As Shown" next to the photo of the model wearing the dress. After paying extra for expedited shipping (it wasn't), I received an ill-fitting, bubble-gum pink dress that no bride would be pleased with. It was SO awful, it didn't look anything like the color/dress shown at all. They tried to say it was a color variation due to several lame reasons. On their website, they constantly say how they want to make you happy with your purchase and that they will gladly do returns. I specifically read that they would especially do a return if the color isn't correct. This was NOT a custom order, but they told me they couldn't refund my money because it was custom-made and offered 10% back! What an insult! I emailed back and forth trying to explain my point. They then offered 25% return. Then 35%. Also offered discounts on future purchases, as if I would ever order from them again. What a joke this company is!! DO NOT BUY, you will be sorry if you have any problems whatsoever--they will NOT refund as promised.

The product did not work and when I contacted their customer service they replied they don’t return the lip liner / which is not mentioned in the return policy. Pretty sure this is a knock off brand and is absolute junk.

It seemed legitimate at first, but when I couldn’t withdraw my funds, reality sank in. I’d sent roughly $3,200 in Bitcoin, only to be told I needed to pay an additional $1,000 “unlock fee.” That’s when I knew I’d been scammed. The shame was overwhelming, and I hesitated to tell anyone. I stumbled across a post about FRAUD SHIELD RECOVERY INC and decided to reach out. They were professional, didn’t demand upfront fees, and simply requested the wallet addresses while explaining their tracing process. In the end, they tracked my Bitcoin through multiple wallets, discovered some had landed on a major exchange, and assisted me in filing a report. I recovered about 80% of my funds.

If I could give no stars I would. I orders a dress a month in advance and paid for expedited shipping. The package never arrived. It was for my wedding. I never paid attention to the 1 star review thinking it would happen to me. But I seriously should haen listend and not irderd anything. Now they dont want to give me my money back and keep asking me to wait for it. My wedding already happened. What am I going to wait for. Pleas please, save your money and DONT order from them.

If I could give this a 0-star review, I would. The quality of the dress is horrible, and the pictures do not resemble the dress I received. After reaching out to customer service, they begin the message with "We reserve the right not to accept the returns." If I have to pay shipping AND a restocking fee, why can't I just return the dress without having to jump through hoops as far as taking pictures of the packaging with the label, packaging the dress came in, as well as the dress itself, to prove that the dress is not for me? Do not make the same mistake I did, DO NOT order from this site. To add, I received an email from their customer service team stating that they want to give me a 15% refund. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any company.

I received my dress and the top of the bodice area looks sloppy with the lace flowers hanging over the edge. There were also numerous threads that were loose on the dress along with some straight pins still in it. I contacted customer service numerous times and was given the run around. In order to return anything you have to contact customer service. They don't want to accept returns and offered 15% back the first time and then 30% the next time. They told me the return would need to go to China and that is so expensive, which I would need to pay. Along with charging me a 15% restocking fee. Please be cautious when purchasing from this company or do not purchase from them. In the end I needed to contact my credit card company and file a claim. *I tried to add more pictures of the dress and I wasn't able to download them. *

Disappointed because they are denying i sent them a request for a refund. I sent it from their website and they have no record of it. How does that happen when it's from the inquiry page they have directly on their website! I had to find another way to reach them through email and then someone responded, but by then the 14 days allotted was gone. But how it that my fault. They need to check where their inquires go that people send from their website. Is there even a phone number to call Customer Service? I didn't find one on their website.

Recently purchased the swoop neck dress in sage. It appears to be the main bridesmaid dress sold. Everything about the dress was wrong. I ordered a size 18 for a friend. Im a 10 and it fits me. The neck is not a swoop neck, not even close. The colour is also not the same colour as the pictures. Returns process looks to be a nightmare so wont hold my breath. Don't waste your time or money.
