“If I could give this a 0-star review, I would. The quality of the dress is horrible, and the pictures do not resemble the dress I received. After reaching out to customer service, they begin the message with "We reserve the right not to accept the returns." If I have to pay shipping AND a restocking fee, why can't I just return the dress without having to jump through hoops as far as taking pictures of the packaging with the label, packaging the dress came in, as well as the dress itself, to prove that the dress is not for me? Do not make the same mistake I did, DO NOT order from this site.
To add, I received an email from their customer service team stating that they want to give me a 15% refund. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any company.”
“I received my dress and the top of the bodice area looks sloppy with the lace flowers hanging over the edge. There were also numerous threads that were loose on the dress along with some straight pins still in it. I contacted customer service numerous times and was given the run around. In order to return anything you have to contact customer service. They don't want to accept returns and offered 15% back the first time and then 30% the next time. They told me the return would need to go to China and that is so expensive, which I would need to pay. Along with charging me a 15% restocking fee. Please be cautious when purchasing from this company or do not purchase from them. In the end I needed to contact my credit card company and file a claim.

“Disappointed because they are denying i sent them a request for a refund. I sent it from their website and they have no record of it. How does that happen when it's from the inquiry page they have directly on their website! I had to find another way to reach them through email and then someone responded, but by then the 14 days allotted was gone. But how it that my fault. They need to check where their inquires go that people send from their website. Is there even a phone number to call Customer Service? I didn't find one on their website.”
“Recently purchased the swoop neck dress in sage. It appears to be the main bridesmaid dress sold. Everything about the dress was wrong. I ordered a size 18 for a friend. Im a 10 and it fits me. The neck is not a swoop neck, not even close. The colour is also not the same colour as the pictures. Returns process looks to be a nightmare so wont hold my breath. Don't waste your time or money.”
“I ordered a wedding dress and the package did not arrive on time. I asked for a full refund for the dress and shipping and from that moment my nightmare began. Glamlora refused to send me the full amount of money and when I asked for a full refund they even started changing tactics and sent me an email saying they would only refund 50%....This is really unfair approach to pre-paid dresses!!! Be careful when ordering from this company.”
